Le 4 stelle non rispecchiano diversi servizi fornito ai clienti: pulizia, cane all'interno del ristorante, scarafaggi in giro sul pavimento del ristorante, il bar in piscina offre solo 1 tipo di birra o vino, niente cocktails.

Pros:

Una struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde, isolata ma non troppo, accogliente e riservata, con tutti i servizi necessari e comoda. Colazione varia e ricca, ristorante eccellente, tutto molto buono a prezzi davvero contenuti. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Peccato per i bagni di misure molto ridotte e nonostante la pulizia impeccabile per trovare il pelo nell'uovo un pochino trascurate le parti comuni, in una struttura così bella vedere i vasi spogli o il vetro della splendida finestra non pulitissimo è un vero peccato. B

Cons:

In Juli 2026 verbleven wij 3 nachten in dit hotel. Het is een groot gebouw met tuinen eromheen en ook een zwembad. De belangrijkste functie van dit hotel is het organiseren van feesten en partijen, een taak die dit hotel uitstekend vervuld. Het restaurant is goed en het Italiaanse ontbijt OK. Het personeel is vriendelijk en welwillend. Wat dit hotel beneden de maat maakt is de slechte staat van de voorzieningen en de minimale capaciteit van het personeel. Er was weliswaar een receptie, maar die werd gebruikt als opslagruimte zonder receptioniste, voor vragen of informatie moest het overige personeel aangesproken worden. Wij zijn na een dag van kamer veranderd, de eerste kamer had een kapotte koelkast, de tweede kamer was ruimer maar had een oude airco die bleef haperen, ook nadat ernaar gekeken was. Het was een hete periode dus van slapen is niet veel terecht gekomen. De kamers waren vluchtig schoongemaakt, de badkamer was niet schoon. Op de derde dag is er niet schoongemaakt. In het hele gebouw is wifi maar in onze tweede kamer was het signaal te zwak om te kunnen werken. De muren zijn dik, dus een paar extra routers zou het probleem kunnen verhelpen. Het zwembad is ruim, maar gedurende het weekend worden betalende gasten van buiten binnengelaten wat het zwembad overvol maakt.
Wij hadden de indruk dat er slechts 4 kamers in dit hotel zijn, en dan kun je moeilijk algemene voorzieningen als receptie, bar en dergelijke draaiende houden. Het hotel draagt een 4-sterren status die het niet kan waarmaken.

Il posto immerso nel verde , molto tranquillo ...ideale per rilassarsi . Colazione assortita e piacevole.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza è del bagno ,poco soddisfacente....da migliorare. Anche la piscina , richiedeva piu pulizia.
