A minha estadia neste hotel foi simplesmente perfeita! Desde o primeiro momento até ao último, fui recebida com uma simpatia, profissionalismo e dedicação absolutamente excecionais. Toda a equipa está de parabéns pela forma como cuida dos hóspedes. Sempre que precisei de ajuda, estavam disponíveis de imediato, muitas vezes indo muito além daquilo que seria a sua obrigação. É raro encontrar pessoas tão genuinamente prestáveis e atenciosas.

O quarto encontrava-se irrepreensível, extremamente limpo, confortável e cuidado ao mais pequeno detalhe. A presença de rede mosquiteira foi um pormenor que fez toda a diferença e demonstrou a preocupação do hotel com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.

Senti-me verdadeiramente em casa. A qualidade do serviço, a atenção aos detalhes e a amabilidade de toda a equipa tornaram esta experiência inesquecível. Sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis onde já fiquei. Recomendo de coração e voltarei sempre que tiver oportunidade. Merecem a classificação máxima em todos os aspetos!

L'hôtel est très bien situé pas besoin de prendre un taxi tout est a proximité,(Plage, piscine, restaurant, pharmacie, market etc..).

L'emplacement, proche du centre avec plusieurs restaurants et de la plage.

Cons:

L'eau chaude aléatoire, le petit déjeuner moyen, peu de choix. Les propriétaires pas sympathiques.

Ottima posizione con vista mare
Pros:

Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla via principale di Santa Maria. Supermercati vicini e mare proprio davanti. Camere spaziose e letti comodi. Colazione semplice con possibilità di chiedere uova strapazzate e omelette

Cons:

Purtroppo sarebbe da migliorare le condizioni degli asciugamani, erano indubbiamente puliti ma alcuni macchiati. Si potrebbe incrementare con qualcosa in più la colazione

Stanza non moderna, soprattutto il bagno.
Il proprietario molto scorbutico ed indisponibile. Nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua in camera. Ho preso la camera con vista mare ma difronte in realtà avevo un cantiere che faceva un chiasso assordante e disturbante dalla mattina alla sera, io almeno avrei avvisato di questo, avrei sicuramente scelto un'altra camera.

Posto molto tranquillo perché non vicina al caos dei resort. Colazione non tanto varia ma per noi andava bene visto che mangiamo le solite cose. Ovvero yogurt e frutta
