I have been treated by the facility with disrespect and gudgment. I felt very uncomfortable and will never be back there

Belle vue et bon Emplacement. Petit-déjeuner buffet et possibilité de se faire préparer des omelettes

Localização ótima, bem próxima a praia de Santa Maria cerca de 10 minutos de a pé.
Quarto era bem limpo e confortável.
O café da manhã ótimo, pães frescos com fiambre / queijo, frutas variadas frescas, ovos feitos para a própria pessoa. Os funcionários muito simpáticos

Cons:

A parte do pagamento ficaria mais fácil se pudesse fazer de forma on-line pela plataforma de reserva.

It was very clean, we really enjoyed the breakfast, and the ladies preparing it were always kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons:

Apart from the positive attitude of the ladies at breakfast, the reception staff could definitely improve their customer service. A simple smile and a warmer attitude would make a big difference, as we honestly felt quite unwelcome at times. A little more hospitality wouldn’t hurt.
