Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive throughout and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and they were especially accommodating with our children, which is really saying something!

The swimming pool is much larger than it looks in the photos, and during the days we stayed it was practically empty. The hotel is located right in the centre of the town, which was very convenient.

We also loved the air conditioning in the room. There were two units, and the room was always lovely and cool, which was perfect.

We were a family with two children, and we would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Bovenverwachting goed als het gaat om prijs kwaliteit en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van Oscar, altijd bereid te helpen. We mochten ook nog wat langer in het zwembad blijven de avond dat we aankwamen. De zwembed en de goed onderhouden mooie tuin zorgen voor een fijne beleving tijdens het verblijf. Als Toerist is de omgeving te verkennen, voor een paar dagen is dit een leuke plaats om te verblijven.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, la habitación es bastante grande, muy comoda y estaba super limpia. Habia toallas de baño para baño y para picina. El personal es muy educado, amable y profesional. El desayuno era casero, muy buena oferta de menus para cada dia. Muy cerca a Piscilago, al Peñalisa Mall. Excelente para familia con niños o adultos mayores.

Excelente atención de las personas que allí trabajan, Son Oscar, la Sra. Patricia. Los jardines, el aseo, me encantó Toby y que es un lugar Pet friendly

Cons:

En general las reglas para los perritos grandes o pequeños deben ser las mismas si se debe andan con collar y cogidos que sea una norma para todos no solo para ciertos tamaños de perros.
Una oportunidad de mejora que podría ver más actualizada la ducha es unificar el enchape y que la puerta sea de vidrio, pues ya se ve algo retro. Los insumos de la cocina como cubiertos podrían ser de mejor calidad pues no funcionan como tal.
Por otro lado la calidad del desayuno podría mejorar como los productos que usan ofrecer pan fresco, arepas con queso y un buen café.

Todo bien, solo que es un hotel sencillo y algunas cosas podrían mejorar, pero igual cumplió con lo que necesitábamos
