Great location right near Tower clean comfy beds lovley family run would stay again thanks
Pros:

Location great only seen landlady for key nice lady I did phone ask for low floor wich she gave us 1st room ground floor beds comfy clean window don't lock but overall stay was great thanks

Very poor . Glad only stayed 1 night
Cons:

The room we were given the tele wasn’t working the toilet wouldn’t flush properly ,it said it had a dining part which it didn’t . A cup was cracked so much that it was coming through. Also no breakfast as stated was on offer . Nobody there on your way out . You just had to leave your keys on the side . All in all very poor

The lady welcomed us and helped us to carry our luggage to the room.

Cons:

We found types of insects in the bed but not bedbugs. We felt awful and disgusting.
We went to have breakfast and found lumpy and dirty coffee in the jar. We decided to not eat or drink anything.

Pros:

Only met one member of staff but he was friendly and very helpful even carried our luggage into our room for us. Allowed me to leave my car with them after checkout while we where busy and they’d moved our car for us onto the drive for when we came back. Really made a fuss of my daughter when we came back from her dance competition which is what we travelled for.

Cons:

This isn’t a dislike just a little tip off for the owners- would be really helpful to refresh the toilet rolls. One small one doesn’t last long enough.
The replies to emails pre arrival were really slow but friendly enough when they did reply.
