Very nice if you need a room for six and no one kinds queuing for the corridor shower.
Pros:

Charming location by an inlet. Boats etc

Cons:

It’s sagging in all regards but then it’s a sailing club.

Excellent position and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the en-suite was a good size. Tea- making facilities are provided in the room. Although we didn’t use the bar or dining room, these looked very nice. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room (12) was right next to the extraction system for the kitchen so there was a bit of noise throughout the night. The club does provide earplugs!

Quiet comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

Comfortable quiet location, with stunning scenery. Clean well maintained shared facilities. Giving all I needed.

Great stay at Itchenor , Chichester harbour
Pros:

Lovely, very characterful place to stay . The twin room I stayed was bright, clean and spacious with great views over the harbour.

Cons:

The room was not ensuite (which I was aware of). The toilets and bathroom are a few step up the corridor, they were modern and clean.

Good value, clean & tidy, recommend
Pros:

Lovely location on the seafront. Nice to have use of the bar, enjoyed a drink in the sunny garden area! Pub directly across the road - nice drinks and good food.

Cons:

All good. You feel a bit of an imposter as it’s full of sailing club members who are probably wondering what you’re doing there! Shower & toilet was shared - but directly outside my room - so it was fine!

Wonderful location - something out of the ordinary
Pros:

Beautiful location. Very helpful staff. Excellent value.

Cons:

No problems at all. They make it clear that it's not a hotel. Nevertheless the lady who welcomed me went out of her way to find something for me to eat, and changed my room to have the view over the harbour and to be next door to the bathroom.

A lovely, full of character place in Itchenor
Pros:

What a lovely place, full of charecter yet all clean , bright and looks like it had been recently refurbished. Very comfortable bed clearly with relatively new mattress and bed linen . Lovely staff, Very nice bar and outside sitting area and magnificent views over the harbour.

Cons:

My room was not ensuite and the bathroom was not far, but across two fire doors , however the bsthroom was recently refurbished and sparking clean .They do also have ensuite rooms..

A interesting, unique place for the night.
Pros:

It is an unusual venue to choose unless you want to go sailing. It is a vibrant, active sailing club, lots of activity in the day and peaceful at night. Lovely walks along the shore line. Staff and other people around, all very relaxed and friendly.

Lovely place with great catering (extra)
