At midnight the hotel will close from inerside and the manager can't know where is the key so 1-2 hours we stay at road

I booked from booking .com for my driver. Instead of booking they charged double and asked him to cancel the booking on booking.com as they had to give room on discounted price as per booking on your website.

even Room bed sheet are not cleaned , and his night staff are not aware about anything about rooms they give us confirmation with different room they provide another one and that is so disgusting….

in short don’t go here they destroy our trip …..
