Relaxing 2 night stay at quirky country retreat!
Pros:

Very comfortable stay. No breakfast served but we had a lovely evening meal with extremely generous portions. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect stay for a short visit
Pros:

Myself and two friends absolutely loved the pub and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were excellent. I would definitely go back as it was such a lovely quirky pub.

Cons:

My only qualm is that the extractor fan in the bathroom was not clean and their were cobwebs in the bathroom and bedroom. There was 3 of us and only 2 cups for tea/coffee.

Tradition inn, dog friendly, serving lunches and dinners.
Pros:

Very dog-friendly. Large and light-filled room overlooking the village cricket pitch. Powerful shower. A tower fan was thoughtfully provided and running in room prior to arrival. Very nice coffee and sorbet. Great recommendation of local Buckland Deli for breakfast very nearby. Friendly team, from housekeeping to tables.

Amazing couple days away
Pros:

It was a lovely place, very cosy. The garden had twinkly lights out where we ate our dinner which was very tasty and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy, the best night sleep I’ve had in a while. We would definitely stay again.
