Great service with a friendly atmosphere and a pleasant environment.
Pros:

The hotel and entire surroundings were well kept and clean. The receptionist was very accommodating, when he saw that my parents had 6 pieces of luggage, he changed their room to a ground level room so they wouldn't have to deal with the stairs and elevator. Also, the food in the restaurant was great.
