Wonderful well priced comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Would also recommend the attach
Pros:

Lovely central location. Quirky but brilliant utilization of the chapel for dining and breakfast. Delightful well equipped room. Huge bathroom with very good selection of toiletries. Simple friendly check in procedure. Wonderful hosts

Cons:

We travelled at thr height of the heatwave and so the room was very hot. A fan was provided but did not help with the heat. This problem was outside of the control of the owners and the only thing that coul help would be air conditioning but it is really understandable why this has not been put in. North Wales does not normally suffer with temperatures over 30 degrees

One of the nicest and quirkiest little B&Bs we've ever stayed in!
Pros:

The bar and dining area is quite spectacular. The full-cooked breakfast was fantastic too. It is also ideally situated a short distance away from overnight parking, but central to most of Conwy.

Cons:

The room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate, though it would have been nice to have a room with a proper window. The skylight window had this quirky screw-type opening device that squeaked awfully, and every time we opened and closed it, dirt/dust dropped onto the bed.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Great place for a two-day stay in Conwy (it could have been longer to explore the region) ! The room was large with two sofas and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Very quiet. Easy to park nearby for free during weekdays. The personnel (at the next-door Hidden Chapel, where the reception is and where breakfast is served) was great. One night I had dinner at the Hidden Chapel and the food was delicious. and the next evening I went for a drink while there was jazz life music.

Cons:

Everything was perfect

Excellent from start to finish
Pros:

This is an exeptional place to stay. Close to everything including the harbour. The rooms were spotless and well designed. They've thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. Really friendly people and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was first class and excellent value. I can whole heartedly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning.
