Excellent from start to finish
Pros:

This is an exeptional place to stay. Close to everything including the harbour. The rooms were spotless and well designed. They've thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. Really friendly people and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was first class and excellent value. I can whole heartedly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning.

Excellent option for a short stay in Conwy.
Pros:

A gem, central location, pretty courtyad garden, delightful chapel conversion to excellent dining room

Cons:

As a small loft bedroom it was inevitably very warm in the night but we were provided with a fan Guests need to be prepared to pay for parking in the nearby municipal car park although we were lucky enough to find the street parking outside availabke overnight.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

The attention to detail in the rooms was brilliant. We had a great sleep, all the staff we met were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant is just out of this world

Pros:

The location was excellent. All the local restaurants were round the corner and it was a few minutes walk to the castle.

Cons:

The twin bedded room was very small but we knew that when we booked. It was just a shame we couldn't have booked a larger room with twin beds as that would have been perfect.
