Excellent location great breakfast
Owner was very abrupt when he saw us giving a baby seagull unable to fly which made us very distressed
Great location and grounds.
Room was unique in that it had a few stairs that you had to go down and then up a few stairs to get to the bathroom. You also had to be careful about hitting your head due to the slanted ceilings. We were also on the second floor and had to carry our bags up the fairly steep flight of stairs to our room. I don't remember being informed of the unique features of our room or that is was on the second floor when we booked the room. I am assuming that we may have ended up with this room because we used booking.com instead of booking directly with the hotel.
Uitstekende ligging aan de rand van de stad. Unieke ontbijtzaal.
The bed was to soft
Perfect location, beautiful room and lovely restaurant setting.
The only downside was the noisy seagulls, but that's life by the sea!
Beautiful building and lovely decor. Very clean and comfortable.
Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.
Highly recommended.
The location. The bathroom.
The room was not only small, but cramped with a low roof and no window ( just a skylight). Access by short but steep stairs. Even access to the bathroom was by stairs.
Staff where excellent, very clean, unique history
Only slight criticism no draught beer, would have loved to have come back at night earlier and sat outside in nice seating areas and chilled with a few drinks in that historic surroundings
Great location, parking was tricky

Lovely central location. Quirky but brilliant utilization of the chapel for dining and breakfast. Delightful well equipped room. Huge bathroom with very good selection of toiletries. Simple friendly check in procedure. Wonderful hosts
We travelled at thr height of the heatwave and so the room was very hot. A fan was provided but did not help with the heat. This problem was outside of the control of the owners and the only thing that coul help would be air conditioning but it is really understandable why this has not been put in. North Wales does not normally suffer with temperatures over 30 degrees
From arriving to meeting the owners it was lovely the whole place was beautiful the staff were lovely food was lovely room was spotless you couldnt ask for anything more would highly recommend
It was so stunning

The bar and dining area is quite spectacular. The full-cooked breakfast was fantastic too. It is also ideally situated a short distance away from overnight parking, but central to most of Conwy.
The room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate, though it would have been nice to have a room with a proper window. The skylight window had this quirky screw-type opening device that squeaked awfully, and every time we opened and closed it, dirt/dust dropped onto the bed.
