A little disappointing.
Pros:

Great location. Nice old building.

Cons:

Absurdly early breakfast and checkout times. Poor toiletries provided. One of those hotels where you feel it’s being run for them and not for you. Owner not especially friendly. Wouldn’t mind but it wasn’t cheap.

Good option in a beautiful medieval Town
Pros:

Location was very good
Breakfast excellent in interesting surroundings.
No car park but one just around the corner.

Cons:

On our first night, the people in the room above ours sounded like a herd of wildebeast so not a great night's sleep.

A flashing fuse also caused some raised (though thankfully not singed) eyebrows - dealt with by the staff.

Very nice stay. Would recommend but don’t book the twin room!
Pros:

Beautiful and charming building in a perfect location. Lovely converted church restaurant which was very unique!

Cons:

The twin room was too small. The website did say it was small but it did not cater for two people and shouldn’t be advertised as this. Was over priced for this reason.
Owners were not very present (had to ring the outside bell) and didn’t ask how our stay was when we checked out which was a little disappointing.

Pros:

Comfortable stay in the heart of Conwy
Pros:

Very friendly and unique hotel in the heart of Conwy. We stayed in a superior twin room - which was still a little small - but it was perfect for 1 nights stay. Breakfast was between 8-9am. It was an EXCELLENT cooked breakfast, and a really nice touch that we got to choose exactly what we wanted the night before. No free parking close by, but options for overnight £7.50 pay and display in walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was modern with excellent shower.

Stunning setting right in the heart of Conwy
Pros:

Lovely position in Conwy and a stunning old building.

Cons:

Very little to complain about, it was just a tad expensive for why you got.
Not really a complaint just our opinion.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Conwy et proche de la gare. Chouette déco, la chambre avait du charme, ainsi que la salle du petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique, nous avons pu laisser nos sacs avant et après le séjour.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite.

Perfect
Pros:

Loved the room and the location was excellent
Breakfast was really good and it was nice eating in the converted chapel

Cons:

It didn’t bother us because we was happy to go out to eat but if you planned on having dinner or drinks the bar closed at 8 and the restaurant wasn’t open the evening we went
Literally everything else was perfect

Nothing to dislike about it.

Nice place if you like hills.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the toilketries were good.

Cons:

Breakfast did not start until 8 o'clock! Half way through the day and too late if you are going for the 10 o'clock ferry. A problem climbing all the narrow stairs and the hill up to the premises is very steep indeed.
