Pros:

Un hôtel sans beaucoup de charme mais une grande et belle chambre lumineuse, avec balcon et une literie très confortable. Un bon accueil et un petit-déjeuner appétissant.

L'ambiente era accogliente e rilassante. Il personale è stato cordiale e ci siamo sentiti a casa.
L'arredamento della stanza era curato.

Cons:

L'orario della colazione è risultato per noi non adatto dovendo fare colazione di buon'ora, a motivo del Congresso che avevamo.

Cons:

salle de bain minuscule,chambre bruyante au dessus de la salle petit dejeuner,nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon vue sur jardin en fait la vue était sur la rue et les travaux de l'hotel en cours. Petit déjeuner très moyen

Ottimo hotel e al contrario di come pensavo si trova in una posizione strategica, silenzioso e con posto auto in fronte strada Senza nessun problema. Brava la ragazza della reception che ci ha accolto molto cortesemente e ci ha data dei buoni consigli. Consiglio vivamente.

Camera ampia e pulita, arredamento confortevole, funzionale e moderno. Buona l’accoglienza all’arrivo alla reception. Apprezzata la cortesia di trovare due bottigliette d’acqua in camera comprese nel prezzo.

Cons:

La camera è poco insonorizzata: si sentono i rumori della strada (che fortunatamente non è molto trafficata), le voci dalla reception.

It was an excelent and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The owner Maria was fantastic and very obliging. She helped me a lot with taxis when she knew that I do not speak Italian and helped me translate a few things. She was very obliging and gave a 3 bottles of water for free during the hot weather. I really appreciate her help. In addition, the room was very good value and had a perfectly working air conditioning unit and a fridge which was much needed in the hot weather. These were of great value given the price of the room compared to other accommodation which are far more expensive with some things malfunctioning. Overall, Hotel Olivo was excellent.

Cons:

The location wasn't great in terms of getting to CIHEAM Bari but that is not the owner's fault at all. The most important thing is that the hotel was fantastic and comfortable.
