When you arrive you have to go to another hotel to get your key no parking had to retune tv every time you switched it on lamp beside bed didn’t work blind on window too see through

Was in distance to all shops cafes
Main rd was very noisy so disturbed your sleep as hotel is at the traffic lights so you get lots of noise

Very secure, spacious in some areas
Bed very uncomfortable and too small for two people, there was guests from the neighbouring hotels lingering around the main entrance through the night which made it intimidating to enter or leave.
After being massively let down by a hotel around the corner we rebooked and where welcomed in 15 mins later.
On arrival we had a warm welcome and where shown our room. My 6 year old pointed out that there was screws missing from one side of the bunk bed ladder. We where in a rush to get out and told the manager as we left. When we returned 2 or 3 hours later it had been fixed ready for sleep.
For reactive maintenance he gets 5 stars.
Nothing really, it was quiet through the noisey town night I really couldn't fault it for last minute and price

The bed , wrong room , no space , should of had 2 single beds , no lounge , no one there on call , had to ask to change towels

No reception in the main property except one go to the other property
