Pros:

The place is stunning. It has amazing view that cures you from all worries, the hotel itself is a masterpiece. The concept, little cute details, atmosphere - all makes you feel you are at a high quality resort though the cost is more than affordable. The management is responsive and friendly. My best stay ever quality /price wise. It was an experience. People who created this place are hospitality geniuses.

Maravillosa estancia. Un descanso incomparable.
Pros:

Es un lugar maravilloso. Perfecto para relajarse con una vista espectacular!! la atención del personal es muy amable, en especial de Lupita. Limpio, cómodo. Es un lugar perfecto que cumplió todas mis expectativas. Gracias por unos días estupendos. Espero volver!

Pros:

Overall the place is gorgeous! Everything is kept very clean, Lupita is extremelyyy welcoming, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was good - usually one savory item and a side fruit/yogurt with coffee. The accomodation is very close to Manzanillo beach, but make sure to take the stairs past the neighborhood gate.

Cons:

I do have to say that I didn't expect the temperature to be uncomfortable based on most of the reviews. Most reviews suggested it's bearable without AC, but during the peak afternoon hours, I had to leave the accommodations because it was too hot. It probably depends on how heat-sensitive you are and the time of year you visit, but I went in early September and found it uncomfortable during the day until as late as 6/7pm into the evening. However, if you're comfortable with warm temperatures or plan to be out most of the day, you should be fine.

Already planning my best visit, this place was truly magical.
Pros:

Everything. This place felt like heaven on earth, the views were unreal and the kitties made it even better. Lupita’s hospitality is unmatched and her cooking is exceptional.

Enamorada!!

Absolutamente todo
Las instalaciones son un sueño. La casa es preciosa, con unas vistas espectaculares.
Es súper tranquila, un sitio perfecto para desconectar.
La habitación también me gustó mucho la cama era cómoda.
Quiero destacar a Lupita, sus desayunos están increíbles y ella es un amor.
Ojalá volver!!!

Cons:

Si tuviera que decir algo es que tienes que moverte con taxi.
Y por añadir algo que pueda ser de ayuda para otros, mi habitación que es para una única persona es abierta a las zonas comunes y si te molesta el ruido pues igual no es tu sitio pero personalmente, no tuve ningún problema y de hecho me encantó que estuviera en esa parte de la casa.

Absoluta decepción
Cons:

No recomiendo en absoluto este alojamiento por varias razones:

- Aunque entiendo la zona donde se encuentra, no está acondicionado. Además de no tener aire acondicionado, tampoco tiene techo (una mosquitera que está rota por varios sitios). Esto último es especialmente grave teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de bichos que hay, pues llegamos a encontrar una tarántula muerta en el jardin al lado de la habitación (de lo cual informamos y nadie la retiró), cucarachas en la habitación (incluso una entre las sabanas) y dos nidos de avispas llenos.

- La limpieza es absolutamente deficiente. La cocina está sucia y oxidada, también los suelos.

- Nadie te recibe cuando llegas ni tampoco pasan a diario a limpiar la habitación ni sacar la basura.

- La ubicación no te permite ir a ninguna parte sin taxi o vehículo, gran inconveniente ya que cuando cae la noche solo hay bichos y no puedes estar fuera.

Por nuestra parte, teniamos reservadas 6 noches en el apartamento y a la tercera tuvimos que irnos a otro porque no se podía estar. Por el precio que tiene, me parece una gran decepcion la pesima experiencia que hemos tenido, ha sido desde luego la peor parte de nuestro viaje.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Lindo alojamiento por los espacios compartidos

Cons:

Sería bueno indicar que hay muchas escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones con jardín, considerando que puede ser no ideal para adultos mayores o personas con movilidad reducida.

Beautiful Oasis in Puerto Escondido.
Pros:

Beautiful facilities and pool. Welcoming and efficient staff to make stay comfortable and provide a great breakfast. Breathtaking views of the beach below.

Cons:

I didn’t love the location; many unfinished houses and third-world construction with messy surroundings. The garden on the property was a rocky mess and needs updating.

Bien, pero no repetiría.
Pros:

Las zonas comunes son preciosas y las habitaciones son muy bonitas también. Lupita fue muy amable y correcta con nosotros.

Cons:

NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, creo que es importante especificarlo en la descripción, fuimos en agosto con muchísimo calor y creo que es una necesidad, únicamente contábamos con ventilador de techo y tuvimos que poner uno accesorio en una mesilla. Además manejan normas demasiado estrictas, su check-in es a las 2pm SIN POSIBILIDAD de llegar un poco antes para dejar maletas, te aconsejan que busques una cafetería cercana para hacer tiempo. Su check-out es a las 11am y tampoco te dan la oportunidad de dejar las maletas para aprovechar el día. Tampoco hay servicio de habitaciones.
Si lo que se busca es conocer la zona más animada de Puerto escondido la ubicación tampoco es recomendable, pues tienes que coger un taxi hasta la zona por unos 200 pesos mexicanos ida y vuelta.
El desayuno está incluido y Lupita cocina fenomenal, está muy bueno, pero no tienes opción de elegir.
En general la casa está muy bien, muy moderna y bonita , pero el exceso de normas y la falta de facilidades para el viajero hace que no la recomendara ni repitiera mi estancia, buscando algo más céntrico.
