Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super schön direkt am See und man hat vom Zimmer einen tollen Seeblick. Auch die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, besonders am Abend.
Es ist zwar auch touristisch aber bei weitem nicht so überfüllt wie zum Beispiel im Nachbarort Bardolino.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück ist klein aber fein und völlig ausreichend, es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Cons:

An sich war das Zimmer sauber allerdings hat es ein paar Schönheitsfehler.
Der Mülleimer in der Toilette war bei unserer Ankunft nicht geleert, die Duschtür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen und es waren Haare vom Vormieter in der Dusche.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, jederzeit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren in einem schönen, großen Zimmer mit einem bezaubernden „Julia-Balkon“ untergebracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an Hannah, Tiago, Milena, Mirella sowie Steve (Rooftopbar) und Andrea aus dem Restaurant (Danke für den nächtlichen Aperol ;-))
Es standen zudem kostenlose Parkplätze in etwa 150 m Entfernung zur Verfügung.
Das Frühstück hatte alles, was man braucht (u.a. im Wechsel Rührei/gekochte Eier) und man konnte dieses mit hoch in die Rooftopbar nehmen und hatte schon morgens beim Frühstücken einen wunderschönen Blick über den Gardasee.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Fin beliggenhed

Cons:

Kom til en lukket dør (kl 15,) da receptionen var lukket.. Henviste til restaurenten ved siden af, som også havde lukket.
Fik fat på en via et mobil nr som kom og lukkede os ind.
Var ikke blevet oplyst om at hotellet (4*) var ubemandet og at de skulle have sendt en kode til åbning af døren. Træls efter en lang køretur.
Ikke 4 stjerner værdig.

Läget är riktigt bra. Fantastiskt promenad & cykel stråk.

Deras restaurang har fantastisk god mat, där ska man gå och äta om man vill ha upplevelse och uppskattar god mat gjort fr hjärtat av Italien🇮🇹❤️

Cons:

Frukosten kunde varit bättre, & den skulle kunna serveras i restaurangen.

Freundliches kleines Hotel direkt am See mit schlechtem Frühstück.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer praktikabel für einen Kurzurlaub. Lage direkt am See im Ortsteil Cisano. Nach Bardolino oder Lazise ca. 2 km.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht gerade das Beste. Nur Toastbrot oder sehr kleine trockene Weißbrötchen. Jogurt wässrig, da nicht gekühlt, Obst abwechselnd Melone oder Ananas, Marmelade in Portionspackungen. Orangensaft gab es nur einmal, ansonsten immer sehr süßer Ananassaft. Kaffeemaschine war defekt. hatten Kaffee dann im Glaskrug stehen. Nicht einmal Thermoskanne. Frühstücksraum sehr klein. Alles sehr beengt. Kleine Tische. Wer gutes Frühstück möchte und Ambiente, ist dort nicht zufrieden zu stellen.

Perfect if you want a petite quiet hotel in perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The whole hotel was perfect for us. The location was perfect.

Cons:

Beautiful decoration and comfortable bed. Lake view from room. Roof terrace an added bonus.
