Extrêmement déçu - aucun personnel sur place
Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent, la ville se visite très facilement depuis l'hôtel.

Cons:

Il n'y a aucun personnel sur place. Tout est géré depuis une réception à distance. C'est très déroutant et mes parents à qui j'ai offert ce séjour étaient totalement perdus. Pour toute question, il faut appeler la réception qui ne parle qu'Italien ou anglais. L'entrée est indépendante et le petit déjeuner est à 5min à pied de l'hôtel. Ici aussi pas d'information, il a fallu encore une fois appeler la réception pour savoir où prendre le petit déjeuner. Ce système est parfait pour un public plus jeune mais totalement inadapté pour des personnes ne sachant pas utiliser correctement internet. Si j'avais su je n'aurai jamais sélectionné cet hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner était très sommaire: un café et une viennoiserie. Voyageant souvent je suis surprise de ce type de petits déjeuner surtout au vue du prix de l'hôtel. Peut être avons nous simplement payer la localisation. Même si les lieux étaient beaux je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel si vous attachez de l'importance à l'accueil et les conseils d'une réception sur place.

Pros:

Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto, un duplex con piccola terrazza sul tetto. Ideale per chi fa delle vacanze lunghe, c’erano anche lavatrice ed asciugatrice.

Cons:

La tv funzionava male e c’erano pochi canali.
La colazione è esterna alla struttura, non vicinissima, in un piccolo caffè dove non c’era una grande scelta, peccato a saperlo prima avrei preso l’appartamento senza colazione.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale ed è abbastanza pulita, con le dotazioni standard per un hotel di questo tipo. La camera assegnata era grande ma poco luminosa.

Cons:

Non si può gestire interamente una struttura via whatsapp con risposte generate dall'intelligenza artificiale. Inoltre, per un guasto al riscaldamento e l'assenza di acqua calda, sono stata buttata fuori dalla struttura pur avendo prenotato e pagato la mia permanenza fino alla domenica. Per quanto gentile l'operatore di Numa Hotel a cui si arriva dopo un attesa paziente e il filtro dell'intelligenza artificiale, non è riuscito a trovare altra collocazione per cui mi sono trovata per il weekend senza un posto dove dormire. Hanno esteso il check out ma anzichè lavorare nella mattina del venerdì ho dovuto cercare un'altra struttura. Una struttura di questo tipo dovrebbe avere alternative per tutelare i clienti.

Perfect location, lovely place.
Pros:

The walk from the train station with luggage was not bad. The location itself was just off the beaten path but close to everything you’d want to see in Florence. We were able to walk back to our place to rest during the day and it wasn’t inconvenient. Nights were quiet, I actually never saw a staff or other visitor in the building my whole stay. It does have a balcony but unless you smoke, it’s quite useless, nothing to do or see on it.

Cons:

There is a small green light in the room you can’t turn off but just bring good sleeping masks. The shampoo and conditioner made our hair quite dry and crusty. There are stairs to get to your room, they’re not bad but be aware.
