Pros:

I’ve known Sezgin, the owner, for over 25 years. He is a true professional who knows his trade, and he has created a wonderful familiar hotel with a great hospitality. For sure we’ll come back!

Ok if you need a place to rest your head but overpriced for what you got and very noisy at night in the street.
Pros:

Location was close to the busy streets if that’s what you’re into, and had sufficient parking. Pool area is nice enough but pool itself is super cold.

Cons:

Walls are thin and streets are noisy. You get woken a lot in the night. The bathrooms need an upgrade eg toilet seats don’t stay up, the shower absolutely floods the entire bathroom when you use it and the soap is really cheap. There are no English speaking channels on the TV (but so so many Turkish ones. A couple would be nice).

The food for breakfast wasn’t palatable except the melon, perhaps. A bottle of beer from the hotel was 300 lira…

Overall it was OK but I would search for alternatives next time I need to stay in town.
Pros:

We were going to take the ferry next morning, so the closeness to harbor was important to us. The facility fulfilled this need perfectly, it was a few minutes to walk down to harbor.
The room was very clean and proper.
Although it has a central location, there was no noise from the street, or from bars that are in Kusadasi town.
We have had no chance to have a breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning - hence I cannot evaluate how it is.

Cons:

We had asked for a "silent" room and the facility had confirmed that they can fulfill this request. However we were given the first room next to the lobby and I did not imagine it could become that noisy. The swimming pool was next to our window, we had people sitting and chatting next to it. And I ended up going out of the room at 4.30 am to ask the receptionist to take down the volume of his mobile phone - he was watching videos... We only wanted to get a good sleep and unfortunately this target has miserably failed.
The swimming pool was not clean at all (maybe because it was the end of the day) - the water was blurry. My son who has been in for only 10 minutes developed an eye infection next day with which we had to deal with for the remaining of the vacation.

Pros:

Bilo je vrlo simatično! Kratko smo bili ali objekt ima sve što treba - čisto je i uredno, kreveti udobni. Jedino bi bilo dobro da postoji pokrivač za svaku osobu. Doručak je bio korektan. Osoblje je jako uslužno i sve će vam poslužiti i dati ako mogu. Restoran je 5 min od stare gradske jezgre, dućana i butika te restorana. Hvala vam na privjesku za sreću!

Hotel tres bien placé proche du centre piéton et à 1 min du port à pieds. Piscine et cours intérieures agréables. Chambre un peu vieillote, mais vu le prix on ne peut pas se plaindre

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Sezgin Hotel. Wir würden es wieder empfehlen.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles großes Zimmer, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr schön, es war ruhig und doch zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Die Anreise war etwas schwierig, dafür kann das Hotel aber wenig zu.
