Pros:

Staff molto gentile anche se non parla inglese. Buona colazione tradizionale. Camera moderna e spaziosa fornita di balconcino.

Cons:

Posizione abbastanza defilata e necessita dell'utilizzo dell'auto per raggiungere i ristoranti.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien a 3 cuadras de la playa si uno quiere hacer playa . Nosotros solo pasamos 1 noche para tomar una goleta al día siguiente .
Está alejado del centro pero el dueño es super amable y nos ofreció ir a buscarnos a la estación de bus y luego también nos llevó hasta el puerto donde salía la goleta .
Es ideal si uno está haciendo recorrido con auto por qué se puede estacionar perfecto. Sobre la playa hay unos lugares para comer muy bien caminando en 5 min.

Cons:

El desayuno no fue como en las fotos, supongo que como éramos los únicos alojados no prepararon todo lo que figura en las fotos. Nos sirvieron en la mesa una plato bastante completo con fruta, fiambre, quesos, aceitunas, verduras .

Not close to Demre centre
Pros:

Strong shower. Modern, very clean. This place has potential but they don't know the basics missing that are provided in all hotels in Turkiye . It's very quiet at night except for the roosters crowing. I like tea but not JUST that.

Cons:

There's no warm welcome. You must have a car.

There's absolutely no food available except breakfast. You will starve before then without a car. No hot water kettle in the room nor drinks including water in the fridge - nothing.

Hard cotton blanket. Had to ask for a sheet and another blanket.

Bathroom had hand soap in standard bottle and shower gel half full in basic shop bottle.

Then I asked for a room kettle to make tea. Annoyed look by the young lady. She came and provided it but with 2 mugs and 2 tea bags. I had to make myself 3 cups of tea using 1 tea bag.

You could not even buy a packet of chips to eat, nothing or a can of soft drink.

Don't come here without a car or any Turkish.

We couldn't wait to leave as it wasn't value for the money spent. It's sad because it is very clean and modern and could be advertised as rurally located and peaceful with hosts who have better understanding of the basics.

Pros:

Отель очень понравился, хозяин делал все по максимуму что бы нам было комфортно, вечером решили выпить по бокальчику вина, попросили льда, хозяин сказал сейчас посмотрит, через 15 минут принес целый пакет льда, оказалось что он специально для нас съездил в магазин, было очень приятно.

Ontbijt was vers, kamer was erg ruim en schoon.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt op een terrein wat iets heeft van een combinatie van een industrieterrein, bouwplaats en niemandsland. Het uitzicht is zeker geen zeezicht zoals gesteld en het personeel had er (op een meneer na) duidelijk geen zin in. Zat smorgens liever op de telefoon met koffie en sigaretje dan dat het behulpzaam was.

Muy buena opción en Demre, muy cerca de Myra.
Pros:

El espacio en la habitación. La limpieza es extraordinariamente buena y el personal muy amable. La calle no sale en Waze, pero el encargado nos fue a encontrar en motocicleta. No se puede pedir mas.
La ubicación es buena, Demre está a sólo unos minutos en coche de Myra, con los monumentos del Teatro Romano de Myra y Andriake.

Cons:

En general todo muy bien.

Easy to find, peaceful beach nearby, but room could be cozier
Pros:

The place was easy to find by car, as it is located right by the main road. There were no issues with parking. A helpful person was available at the reception and checked us in right away. Just across the road, there is a large beach where we could go for a swim. There was hardly anyone there, which made it very peaceful and enjoyable.

Cons:

The room could use a bit more coziness. The walls were quite thin, and noise carried through easily.

Pros:

Der Empfang im Demyra ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Wirte-Ehepaar gibt sich jede erdenkliche Mühe, die Gäste gut zu bedienen. Uns hat man extra einen Kaffeekocher ins Zimmer gestellt, weil wir vor der Frühstückszeit um 08:30 Uhr schon gerne einen Kaffee wollten. Hervorzuheben ist, dass es in diesem Haus ein umfangreiches, frisches und leckeres Frühstück GIBT, was vor allem in der Nebensaison sehr wichtig ist. Dann ist das Angebot an Orten, wo man Frühstück bekommt, in Demre sehr überschaubar und man muss erst weit fahren.

Cons:

Für eine Nacht gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Beachten Sie aber, dass Sie im Winter um eine 2. Bettdecke bitten sollten, denn standardmässig hat es nur eine im Zimmer. Wir hatten das leider versäumt und daher trotz Heizung recht gefroren.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It looks brand new and is very clean and modern. The proprietors, a lovely husband and wife team, are friendly and accommodating. Adnan even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The ocean is across the street where there are a few restaurants with decks facing the sea.

Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Hotel is new, everything was very clean. Comfortable bed. It has a car parking with plenty of space. Hotel is located near the beach, you just need to cross the street.

Отель небольшой, красивый вход, приветливый персонал, удобный номер, в номере чисто и приятно. Завтрак хороший, с учетом общей стоимости.

Cons:

Очень сильная слышимость, поблизости стройка, ресторан, и если идет ранняя уборка в номерах, тоже слышно. И хотелось бы чтобы в номерах были стаканчики и ложечки чайные, приборы. Люди приехать могут поздно и иногда необходимо перекусить.

Pros:

La pareja que trabaja ahí fue súper amable con nosotros en todo momento. Queríamos pedir comida a domicilio ya que ahí no hay restaurante y nos ayudaron. La habitación fantástica en cuanto a vistas, limpieza y la terraza no es muy espaciosa aunque tenía lo necesario.
En cuanto al desayuno también muy bien ya que pedimos zumo y como no tenían fueron directamente al supermercado a comprar, sin duda el personal lo mejor.

Cons:

La ubicación ya que la ciudad queda un poco lejos, pero a la vez está cerca del mar.
