Stressful checkin. Otherwise fine.
Pros:

Well maintained. Within a 15 min walk of a good pub. Has on site parking. Near the beach, good walking possibilities. Bus stop nearby but not very frequent. Nice breakfast selection.

Cons:

Check-in was very avoidably stressful. Confirmation email says to expect details a few days prior, but we didn’t receive anything until within an hour of check-in time. Room was hot but they can’t help the heatwave, and kindly provided a fan. Mind your head on beams!

Great location as well.

Cons:

The only thing that kept me from giving our rooms a 10/10 was one of our rooms was extremely warm. I assume the pipes must run under the floor as it was like underfloor heating was on in the ensuite.

Pros:

Really very good indeed! We stayed just for one night unfortunately. There were 4 of us, two adults and my two boys of 10 and 13. The owner went out of his way to make sure we all, but especially the boys, had a great stay. Little touches like giving us extra water for the beach, extra Oreos for the boys(that was really nice!).
Rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you could need. We had 5 and 3, the latter being huge!
Location is perfect as we spent both days at West Bexington beach....fishing!
We will be back for sure.
Thank you to the owner again....you made a good stay a great one!

Lovely room, but you can hear other guests.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable

Cons:

I was in room 1 at the front of the building. Unfortunately a family or group must have been booked next to me and kept opening the main door and other doors late into the night, whilst also talking loudly. I had trouble falling asleep as their movements could be easily heard in my room, and it rattled my door. Not the Lemon Tree fault, but maybe a sound warning should be issued to be more respectful of other guests.

Pros:

Beautiful Place. Very nice rooms with refreshing shower and great location. Staff was very helpful as we arrived very late. Im sure when the kitchen has finished renovation this place will be even better.

Pros:

Lovely location and our room was cleaned to a very high standard.The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really good.
Also a special thanks to the caretaker,he was very helpful and is a asset to the Lemon Tree B&B.

Cons:

Nothing really.Obviously it would have been perfect to have the pub on site open.Despite it being shut it didn't dampen our stay.

Superb
Pros:

Spent two nights and we loved it. The weather was so hot that the staff had a fan ready for us which made a huge difference. Room was for 3 adults and the beds were perfect. We had water and snacks which were refreshed daily as well as the room cleaning.

Cons:

A small fridge would have been nice.
