Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and clean.

Cons:

Very disappointed that we weren't informed that the pub and restaurant weren't open. Would have liked to have breakfast in the restaurant instead of the bedroom.

Goeie kamer, fatsoenlijk bed en douche, temperatuurregeling gemist.
Pros:

Snel geregeld, goede locatie

Cons:

Vloerverwarming stond aan terwijl het buiten >>20 graden was waardoor het op de kamer erg warm was en dit was niet door mijzelf te regelen.

Basic and clean in great location
Pros:

Location great and bear to many beautiful places
Room quiet and clean, good shower
Good to have coffee and tea facility

Cons:

Matrasse super soft - will prevent me from coming back unfortunately. Shared with my friend but no option of twin room, double with one blanket…
No view, only one chair, no table despite ‘breakfast’ basket…

Everything was nice but breakfast basket was left on the window from previous stays at multiple locations / accommodation-they usually get left outside your bedroom door in the morning this way the drinks are usually
cold etc

I won’t stay again there is another hotel not far away from the lemon tree that was beautiful and staff very friendly so

Cons:

It advertises breakfast and bar this is not what we had, I understand now that it says quiet time from 10pm so we were told to be quiet like we were children I don’t expect that at 57yr old

Pros:

Kleines, aber sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, tolle Dusche. Das anonyme Einchecken war problemlos (Code wird erst zu Beginn der Check-in Zeit mitgeteilt). Liegt an der Hauptstraße, war aber nicht laut und gegenüber führt eine kleine Straße direkt zur Küste.
Frühstück anders als sonst, war aber beim Buchen bekannt.

We had agreat overnight stay at the Lemon Tree rooms.
Pros:

The room was lovely, well decorated, very clean and comfortable .We expected the room to be small but it was very well organised .The bed was very comfortable .Check in was smooth and the host communicated well.
We loved the welcome pack and continental breakfast . The room was just right for an overnight stay.

Great modern rooms.
Pros:

We stayed in Room 7 for 2 nights. It is spacious and very well laid out. Lots of tea and coffee. The bed was comfy, the shower powerful. Exactly as described and immaculate throughout. 8 minutes from West Bay and Bridport with lots of pubs in between. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing.

The location was wonderful. The room was cozy. The breakfast was spot on and the shower was like a fire hose amazing.

Pros:

The rooms were lovely and clean. We were walking the South West Coast path and Swyre was an easy bus ride from Burton Bradstock.

Cons:

Be aware there is no food available in Swyre as the Lemon Tree restaurant is closed.
The weather was lovely the day we stayed. It would be nice to have a table and chairs outside to enjoy the sunshine.
