Perfect location! Clean, Safe and Comfortable.
Pros:

What a great location! Right in the historic downtown, easy walk to and from the train station. The apartment is located right on the canal with a brick veranda to enjoy. The room is very large and was clean and comfortable. I was travelling solo, but wished I'd had my wife along to enjoy the stay. Highly recommend this location!

Cons:

The only struggle I had was finding the location. It's possible I missed it in the description etc. - but you have to go to the souvenir shop to check in.

Apartment mit witziger Lage an der Gracht, allerdings nur bei schönem Wetter
Pros:

Lage an der Gracht bei schönem Wetter sehr nett. dann kann man direkt an der Gracht vor seinem Apartment essen oder sich dort aufhalten.

Cons:

Der Witz des Apartments besteht eigentlich daran, dass man direkt an der Gracht draußen sitzen kann, was bei schlechtem Wetter natürlich nicht möglich ist. Dann wohnt man im Prinzip in einem Keller Apartment.

Weiterhin befindet sich direkt neben dem Apartment ein Raum für irgendwelche Handwerker. Die auch prompt relativ früh am Morgen genau vor unserer Haustür ihre Werkbank aufbauten und gearbeitet haben, wir konnten also wieder ausschlafen, noch unseren Tisch und unsere Stühle vor unserem Apartment aufbauen.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Dit verblijf zit op een geweldige locatie en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel ontvangt je heel hartelijk en denkt graag mee. De ruimte is aan het water waar je nog lekker kan zitten. Het is midden in het centrum van Utrecht, wat ook handig is.

Sweet, special, and unique experience sleeping under the dom.
Pros:

My fiancée studied in Utrecht nearly 10 years ago , so this place was very special to her. Being right on the canal was a unique experience. We loved being able to open the door or sit outside with provided table and chairs. It was incredibly comfortable and really nice inside. Way more spacious than you would expect. Amenities were exceptional with coffee, tea, refrigerator and stovetop. Also great lighting. 10/10

Cons:

The only thing to note would be that the fire alarm went off once after taking a hot shower which we did not expect it to be sensitive to steam.

Gorgeous location, amazing value for money
Pros:

Gorgeous room, very clean and high quality, and the price is fantastic for such a super central location. And such a cool place to stay!

Cons:

Couldn't find reception as the instructions were unclear, however the manager spotted me looking lost and came out to help luckily
