Pros:

Bardzo ładny wystrój, zachowujący klimat zabytkowej części miasta, z elementami współczesnej sztuki. Miła obsługa. W pokoju ekspres do kawy, czajnik, lodówka, kawa, herbata. Na powitanie czeka także malutka butelka prosecco.
Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane, co kilka minut odjeżdża autobus do miasta.
Czysto i schludnie.
W budynku znajdują się bardzo wąskie i strome schody, ale obiekt wyposażony jest w windę, także nie ma problemu z bagażami.
Przyjeżdżając wcześniej obsługa nie ma problemu z przechowaniem bagażu do czasu godziny zakwaterowania.
Pokój wyposażony w garderobę i klimatyzację.
W łazience duża kabina, nie było problemu z ciepłą wodą, na wyposażeniu suszarka, ręczniki, mydło w płynie, żel pod prysznic, małe lusterko do makijażu.
Dobrze działa internet.

Cons:

Parking był tańszy niż miastowy, natomiast wciąż drogi - 15 euro za noc, dobra opcja dla tych, którzy nie zamierzają ruszać się z miejsca samochodem podczas pobytu.
Śniadania świeże, ale ubogie - 3 rodzaje żółtego sera, 3 rodzaje szynki, podstawowe bułki, pomidory i ogórki. Do tego kilka słodkich bułek, banany, jabłka, płatki i słodkie jogurty. Bardzo mały wybór dla osób niejedzących pieczywa i dbających o sylwetkę.
Lokalizacja w starej części miasta piękna, ale sklepy spożywcze daleko, pobliskie restauracje zamknięte już o 20. Także wieczorem, aby coś zjeść lub kupić, trzeba zejść lub zjechać na dół do miasta.
Obsługa mówi po angielsku, ale często są nieporozumienia, bo poziom języka jest dosyć podstawowy.

A comfortable stay in the Castle which could be made excellent with a few changes
Pros:

location was great. Building has a lot of charms Room was huge! . felt like home.

Cons:

The breakfast does not much value to the stay. Coffee and free filtered water in the room would be really appreciated. Bathrooms need refreshing.

Unfortunatley the ac didn't work in one of our rooms. Bottle water being avaliable for sale would have been good too.
