Gorgeous rooms in a tranquil setting. High quality B n B cottage. Lovely helpful host, thank you.
Pros:

A wide selection of lovely quality breakfast items and fresh coffee beautifully laid out in the downstairs communal area for us to help ourselves. Plentiful choice and leisurely meal time spent in the garden .

Cons:

I loved everything about the room and cottage , just be aware that phone reception inside room can be variable but fine once stepped outside :)

Pros:

La chambre, était très confortable, le très grand lit était parfait, la salle de bains était grande et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié le paysage, la tranquillité et les somptueus petits déjeuners continentaux.

Cons:

A cause d'un incendie la cuisine a été détruite et le service est désorganisé et réduit. Le pub est fermé donc pas de restauration possible sauf le petit déjeuner continental. Heureusement que la gérante nous a prévenus la veille de notre départ. Nous sommes surpris que Booking.com ne se soit pas fait l'écho de ce problème.

A lovely peaceful location for breakfast in the garden. Well-thought out range of continental breakfast offerings as the pub is currently closed. Quirky bedroom furniture which was also practical.

Cons:

Baths had old style hand held showers. Looked appealing but it was impossible not to cover the bathroom floor in water.

Cons:

The position of the kettle and cups in cranfield room. Was a bit cramped. Perhaps it would be better on the chest of drawers with a new wall plug installed.

Pros:

Lovely location. The pub was closed due to a fire but they provided an excellent and substantial continental breakfast.

Cons:

Might have been nice to have a little pack of biscuits to go with the tea ( only because we had cycled a long way !) just a thought
