Habitación amplias y cómodas. Muy buena atención por parte del personal
Había que hacer largas colas para desayunar, no me parece admisible para un hotel que aspira ser de categoría. No volvería por eso. En otra ocasión me alojé en el Pulmman el Bosque y fue MUY superior en todo.
El desayuno tampoco era gran cosa. Me decepcionó bastante

En el front desk, al momento del check-in, me han solicitado un comprobante del uso de mis puntos que utilicé para pagar mi estadía en la aplicación. La forma en que fue solicitado me pareció dura e improcedente, ya que la persona no intentó buscarla en su sistema y alegó que era mi responsabilidad. Cuando la persona a cargo se dio cuenta del problema, lo resolvió de inmediato sin pedirme nada. Lamentablemente, en la mañana de mi salida se me intentó cobrar la diferencia abonada mediante la quema de puntos. Esto denota una falla importante entre el sistema del hotel y el de la aplicación. Se crea una situación incómoda porque te hace sentir como si fueras un mentiroso.

If anything I would mention that you can't use the elevator from the parking to the rooms. But it's in no way an issue.

El desayuno para personas sin alergias alimentarias estaba muy bueno, desgraciadamente mi pareja es celiaca y si bien habia algunas cosas en la estacion para celiacos, habia tanta gente en el comedor que era imposible solicitar ya sea leche sin gluten y lactosa o pan para celiacos. Esto no fue agradable

Me gustó todo. La comida del restaurant tuvo unos inconvenientes que deberían mejorar, pedí un menú de niños de pollo con papas fritas y se equivocaron, venía el pollo cubierto de una salsa rosada. Se lo llevaron, lo limpiaron y sirvieron el mismo. Mi hija no quiso comerlo. También enviaron su helado de chocolate derretido.

La ubicación y la vista.
El desayuno con multiples problemas tales como las maquinas de cafe vacías, pedir un omelette fuera en la terraza, una fila eterna para tomar mesa, la carte del restaurante muy poco novedosa y variada, el bar con el mismo problema Un muy desagradable y excesivo ruido en el lobby (con un futbol mesa y un rincón improvisado para niños ). Un TV antiguo. Mini Bar solo con bebidas.
Estadia agradável, bem localizado se você estiver de carro alugado.
