Je te tiens à remercier l’ensemble du personnel c’est-à-dire des hommes et des femmes de la sécurité en passant par l’accueil, la cuisine, l’entretien, les serveurs, les hommes et femmes d’entretien de l’établissement qui ont fait de notre séjour incroyable un vraiment moment de repos et de bonheurs donc un grand merci à vous pour votre dévouement et votre professionnalisme. Je reviendrais certainement.
En revanche, j'ai été très déçu par l'attitude du directeur « Paul Lemaire ». Aucune salutation, aucun passage pour s'enquérir du déroulement du séjour, et une attitude distante voire méprisante lorsque nous croisions.
Pour un établissement de ce standing, on attend un minimum de considération et de politesse de la part de la direction.
C'est le directeur qui donne le ton de l'hospitalité, et ici le ton est malheureusement au snobisme et à l'irrespect.

I chose it because they have a private beach. Which they don’t have a all. You need to take a shuttle bus (or walk 10 minutes on the asphalt) to be stopped 2 by security once you reach the partner hotel. Which also has no private beach; the manager explained to me that private beaches don’t exist in Kenya. Why he advertises them anyway he could not answer.
The staff is generally nice but avoid Joshua at the bar.
Quiet and relaxing with beautiful views everywhere. So many pool spaces and sitting areas to enjoy. Staff were lovely and always there to help.

No direct beach access but you will not miss it. You can go to the beach at the Billionaires resort.
