Pros:

Beautiful, elegant hotel with an excellent, well-equipped fitness center, high-quality restaurants, and outstanding services.

Cons:

Very disappointing check-in experience, with a 1–1.5-hour wait at 2:30 AM. The bed was also far too soft.

It's new, fresh and in style. Sphera View rooms are nice. Kind personnel. Restaurants are really gourmet

Exceptionally amazing place
Pros:

Fontainebleau Las Vegas exceeded all my expectations for hotels. I have been to Vegas multiple times and stayed in multiple hotels, but this one right here takes the cake and icing too. If only I could have stayed longer than one day and had more time. Let me tell you this is now my new favorite hotel destination when visiting Las Vegas. Staff, rooms, dining, shopping, entertainment venue all amazing. Just a beautifully relaxing experience. It is a MUST STAY to all who haven't been.

Cons:

There was not one thing I didn't like about Fontainebleau, except the fact that I could not have stayed / extended my trip. No worries though I will definitely be back.

Disappointed
Cons:

Extremely Disappointing Experience – $1,000 Missing From Our Room

We specifically chose Fontainebleau because of its luxury reputation and significantly higher prices, expecting a high level of security, professionalism, and service. Unfortunately, my personal experience was extremely disappointing.

During our stay, we discovered that a total of $1,000 in cash was missing from our personal bags and wallets. Based on how the money had been stored, we believe someone had gone through our personal belongings to remove it.

Beyond the financial loss, what upset me most was the feeling that our privacy had been violated in a place where we expected to feel completely safe.

We immediately reported the incident to hotel management and explained that a housekeeping employee had finished cleaning our room approximately 30 minutes before we discovered the missing money.

From my perspective, the response was far from what I would expect from a luxury hotel. We were informed that the employee had been questioned briefly and that the matter was under investigation. We were also told that access to hallway security camera footage was unavailable.

Despite the seriousness of the situation, I personally felt that there was a lack of urgency, transparency, and meaningful communication.

We were repeatedly assured that the hotel would investigate the incident and get back to us with updates. However, we are still waiting to receive any meaningful response or explanation. So far, we have received no satisfactory answers, resolution, or reimbursement.

What disappointed me most was not only the loss of $1,000, an amount that represents a significant amount of hard work for me, but also the way the situation was handled.

I sincerely hope that the hotel conducts a thorough investigation, takes appropriate action if any wrongdoing is established, and finally provides us with the answers and updates we were promised.
