Great Location. Great Amenities. Poor Communication and Friendliness.
Pros:

Property was at a great location near the highway. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the fire pits.

Cons:

Staff were not very friendly and communication was at a minimum. I messaged the property one month prior to my stay with questions and never received a response.

Pros:

New and clean.

Cons:

Reception clerk was not very friendly. After traveling 600+ miles the reception clerk was put out because I didn't understand every thing she told me. She sounded like an AI robot. When I asked a question she seemed disgruntled and told me everything she said was on a card in the room.

Pros:

This Comfort Inn was new & modern. Front desk told me it was built in 2023. We stayed in a double queen room which was comfortable but beds were on the softer side. Had a custom structure for mini coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge...also a small custom structure for any clothes that needed to be hung plus additional storage shelf. Decent size wall TV. There were 2 bedside wall lights that also had 2 lower mini lamps for softer lighting or possibly reading in bed. Bathroom was good. Location was not far from the I90 & I29 interchange and was right next to a sports plex, golf driving range with the airport near by. A bar & grill was located across the parking lot and a Culver's up the street. There was a casual sitting area in the lobby and a nice free breakfast area that served hot tea, coffee, juices, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt & fruit, (maybe cereal?) My husband brought me some food to our room so I may be missing some details. I booked this room while on the road based on the price and good reviews. I would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

We stayed in room 211. It was comfortable but on the small side with no extra room. It did have a few issues that I reported to the front desk upon checking out and the very pleasant young man thanked me for reporting them.The deadbolt did not function properly and we spent the night without it being latched. The tub faucet needs replaced as the shower diverter does not function properly and a large volume of water comes out the faucet while showering. The fancy toilet paper holder kept coming apart when pulling the paper off so we just put the roll of toilet paper on the vanity top. The bathroom baseboard tile also appeared to need a little extra scrubbing. Hotel appears to be in a somewhat newer development and there wasn't alot of eating choices nearby.

IF passing through the area would highly recommend this place.
Pros:

Updated modern hotel. Very clean. Inviting lobby to hang out at. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom spotless. We like the location - fairly close to hotels and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing.

Front desk employee was exceptionally wonderful and kind! Breakfast was good and it was quiet over night. Loved the patio with fire pits.

A Gem of a Hotel.
Pros:

The hotel and room was the cleanest that we stayed in on on three week trip where we stayed in many upscale hotels that didn't measure up to the Comfort Inn & Suites at Sanford Sports Complex. It was easy to find and there are many local restaurants to eat at.

Cons:

We found a spider in our bed in the morning. The breakfast did not include oatmeal, and the scrambled eggs were terrible. Why can't hotels serve real scrambled eggs or at least fresh hardboiled eggs?

Great modern hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Loved that there was a small bar in the building. It was nice to relax with a drink and watch a basketball game before going to bed! Beautiful lobby as well as our room!

Cons:

Nothing other than it was a bit pricey compared to other Comfort Inn Suites we stayed at.
