This was the perfect place for us to stay! We only needed a place to sleep for the night during a long layover and it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The shower was AMAZING after a long international flight. Zero complaints from us!
The hotel and room was very nice. We just wish the cleanest was the same . It was stuff in the shower and toilet area that was stuck on the walls . The best part was the bed . I wish I cud take that home . Very comfortable but did have stains on the the sheet . The bar was never open. The restaurant food was horrible and over priced. Looks like they never got any business in there. The parking was limited . One night we got back to the room and cudnt find parking and there was no parking on the street. Overall good experience tho.

The location isn't in a very good area. There were only cookies for breakfast although coffee was good.

You got what you pay for… don’t expect an amazing location nor an amazing hotel. It’s good if you only look for sleep and go.
The sink in our room was broken, the hotel had a weird smell some of the days, the microwave it’s downstairs not in the unit.

The staff are courteous and attentive, a bit on the quiet side, but that’s okay.
It has on-site parking. Availability is limited, but more are available during the morning and early afternoon when fewer people are using the adjacent laundromat.
The elevators are quick and people need a room card to be able to use them. They are just deep enough to fit a bicycle, which was important as I brought mine to ride around the city.
The rooms have hard surface flooring, which is good for avoiding bed bug infestations. I’d didn’t find evidence of any in the room or furniture, and I didn’t find any in my luggage when I got home.
The vanity sink is generous and there is enough counter space. The shower is roomy, though being a glass enclosure, isn’t for the shy, though most of it is frosted.
There is a set of sheer and blackout curtains, and a small window pane opens if you want some outside air.
There is a bed and pillows are comfortable.
It is close to the Whitestone Bridge, for easy access for people driving into town. It is also right on the Q25 and near the Q20 bus lines. It’s quite easy to leave your car parked and take transit for most of, if not all of, your stay. There are a couple gas stations nearby. There is also a shopping center with a supermarket, a few fast food joints, a Target and a BJ’s Wholesale Club, if you’re a member, within walking distance.
There aren’t many restaurants or places to visit nearby, though the embedded restaurant has good food and quick service. That is the compromise for lower room rates and on-site free parking, limited as it is.
The adjacent laundromat requires you to buy a reloadable RFID card for $2, on top of what you need to load onto it to run the washing and drying machines, and you have to spend at least $10 to get and load one ($2 for the card and $8 to use on the machines).
The shower stall, while roomy, lacks sufficient airflow to dry it before the next time you want to use it. I used the small fan I brought with me to blow air into it, and it almost dried it completely before the next day.
While the vanity counter has enough room, there was barely room for my luggage on the counter next to the vanity counter, and there is only a short rack from which to hang jackets or other clothing. Only two hangers were in my room, though they may have provided more if I’d asked.
Sound insulation between rooms isn’t enough to keep noises from adjacent rooms out. Fortunately, it seems I had neighbors for only a couple nights.
The small locker is not bolted down, and mine was locked. I requested a replacement that I could use, but one was never delivered to me though a staff member promised he’d get me one. I ended up taking my tablet with me whenever I left the room for the day.
The outlets other than the one the minifridge is plugged into turn off when you remove your room card from the wall slot. The room’s own climate control also turns off, and its control panel is cryptic so I didn’t bother customizing it after the second time it got reset. If you leave the card in the slot, the toilet and shower stall lights remain on, which may disturb your sleep.
Hotel čistý a moderní pokoje.Příjemná recepční. Hotel kousek od autobusové zastávky ,autobus jede k metru kterým se dostanete do centra .Cca deset minut chůze nákupní centrum .Celkově spokojenost.
Úklid pouze na vyžádání ale stejně nebyl uklizen .Na požádání jsme si tedy nechali vyměnit ručníky a toaletní potřeby.
