Pros:

Nothing to say.

Cons:

The experience was very bad,I booked up the deluxe room,but when I reach the hotel the staff said your booking is not showing in our hotel if you want to stay then you have to book from their desk,they said they have only normal room which same price which booked through online,they did not offer the brackfast as well as water bottles,
Overall very bad experience.they hotel staff was very pathetic.

Pros:

I booked room here and my check in time was 23:30 and I went there.
They are saying you didn't book any room here/we did not get any email from booking .com.
Might they have sold the room with high rate.

Even I was constantly chating for room availability and location etc.

I went there for exam from Mumbai.
Becoz they denied for Room.
I spent my night on near by railway station. They made my journey and exam worst.
