Besides the missing tweezers & the safety guards left on the outlet under the thermostat which made

The other Hilton I've been to had Chef's. The juice dispenser beverages was watered down.

Cons:

A friend of mine who was doing the brides cosmetics dropped some of her items & I found them. I left her tweezers in the bathroom & told her I would bring them to her. Room service cleaned up the room & everything was there except the tweezers needed for me to bring to her. Someone took them.

The room and dining areas were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing!
Pros:

The location of the hotel in proximity to where we wanted to be was great! The opportunity to sit and visit with family in your lobby and breakfast areas was much appreciated. There were too many of us to visit in any one room.

Cons:

We weren't able to spend time in the pool, but not much you can do about the weather.

I loved the front desk staff and our satay was great.
Pros:

The desk staff were phenomenal! They were so friendly and helpful. They always greeted us when came back at night and told us to enjoy our day when we left for the day. My brother and I had a hard time with ordering Uber and they helped. They were all great.
Great breakfast!, workout room was good. All in all a great place to stay. I would stay there again most definitely!

Cons:

Across the street from my room I believe was an after hours club. They played music unto 4:00 am on both nights we were there. It was not bad enough to complain about, but I could hear it.

Will stay every time I visit Austin. Clean, affordable, safe, and the staff were so accommodating.

I love how friendly the staff was. The hotel
Was spotless and the room had the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever experienced.

Cons:

The only complaint I have, when arriving to our room we noticed that the plunger in the bathroom sink was broken and stuck closed which made the water fill up. We contacted the front desk and explained the issue and was told someone would come and fix it, and they never did.

Awesome
Pros:

Loved the location. Close enough to restaurants, coffee shops and bars but far enough away that it's still quiet. Good breakfast. The hotel was clean and the lobby area had a lot of space to work.
