Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. However, there is significant room for improvents.
Pros:

Overall, my experience was good. I like the staffs and they were good. The rooms were properly cleaned so as the toilets.
The rooms are compact and comfortable for a single traveler, but they may feel small for families. I am not sure whether larger room options are available. Therefore, I would recommend contacting the hotel directly before booking to confirm the room size and other facilities based on your requirements.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the early check-in charge of ₹600. Although it was reduced to ₹500 after multiple requests, the process was not very pleasant. Another concern was the drinking water policy. Since I stayed for two nights, I expected complimentary water bottles to be provided for both days. However, I was charged for the second bottle supplied on the second day, which was unexpected. I did not order any food from the hotel, so I am unable to comment on the food quality or service.

Pros:

Stayed there last week for a night while returning from prayagraj to Bangalore. Except for the location all other things were very good. Staff was very courteous. The room was clean and especially the bathroom was very clean and good. Even though we reached at 4pm the cook was very courteous to cook for us. I would definitely recommend this place for family and friends.
