Remodeled rooms not bad but pricey for mildewy rooms.
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be. The breakfast lady was very nice. The front desk people were nice.

Cons:

The first room the toilet didn’t flush moved us down a room. Just frustrating at 1AM. The second room had a rotten apple behind the tv.

Last minute booking but a great experience!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. Accommodated us past midnight when our Airbnb code didn't work and we were exhausted looking for an alternative. They were open and helped us get a place for the night. When we booked, we enjoyed that night's rest and decided to add 2 more nights and the front desk staff ensured we didn't have to move rooms. Staff were always friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was tasty and fresh coffee or tea are available all day.
The place was very clean, and had blackout curtain. Comfortable beds and nice walk in showers and shampoo/conditioners were supplied. On the last day we were able to check out slightly later - which really helped us.
All in all, although it was unexpected, we ended up really enjoying our stay there!

Traumatized
Pros:

Disability discrimination and cruel behavior from check in staff at front desk. Laughter at my symptoms of disability. Have reported it to higher levels and Americans with Disabilities watch dog agencies. Inconsistent policy was applied. Other "local" families were allowed that night to book in, but my pre-paid booking and traveling with a service dog and a child seemed to upset them and they refused service. Even after speaking to a family member who was willing to place an additional credit card for security (on something paid already), it still wasn't good enough for the front desk.

See above. There was no opportunity to like or dislike anything because they refused the booking.

Could be better.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Location close to downtown.

Cons:

My family lives Holiday Inn. But this branch was kind of disappointing. The first room that was given to us didn’t seem like it was cleaned. There was spit on the sink and it looked like it’s been sitting there for quite some time because it was stuck there even when we tried to raun it with water. The bed sheets and pillow cases were crumpled and untidy. There were visible oily hand marks on the wall close to the door.
We asked for a different room so they us one in a different floor. The room was better than the first one, thank God. But the hallway was dirty, like whatever debris is in their vacuum cleaner fell and got left on the carpet. The elevator floor was also dirty.
The staff were nice enough though and explained that they are understaffed.

Pros:

Everything else wonderful!!!!! Friendly staff. Key card works fast. Very clean. Cool coffee machine that grinds beans and then brews!!!

Great place !
Pros:

We look forward to the breakfast each time we go there. Very friendly and helpful staff. My wife loves the 24/7 coffee. Usually do laundry once during our week long stay it's clean and the machines work great. Very good place all around.
