Would stay again! The view is beautiful, and the rooms were everything i could have needed or wante
Pros:

The room was very spacious. Had a living room, bathroom, and vanity with sink were outside of it. And then a seperate room with the beds. Both rooms had a good size tv, and the living room had a coffee pot, good size fridge and microwave.

Cons:

The outside needed care. Spiderweb everywhere. The pool lounge chairs were dirty, and flower beds didnt look touched.

While the staff was very helpful and accommodating, the property and rooms are not being maintained, need rennovations.

Can’t beat the location

Cons:

The room was unclean. The pull out couch had
urine stains on the mattress and the mattress pad was never cleaned. The bathroom floor was rusted by the tub and dirty. We didn’t check in until 4 so there was plenty of time to clean this room. The air conditioner needs a new motor as the bad bearings made it extremely loud.

We rented a golf cart and it was dirty. It took me about 20 minutes to clean it.

The person at the front desk was the housekeeper with little understanding of English. I paid over $425 dollars for a hotel that bordered on a two star rated motel.

Also, the internet in the room didn’t work. I would add pictures but I dont want to ruin anyone’s breakfast.

Good location and available parking.

Cons:

The pool was disgusting and needed cleaning. They ran out of coffee and had no solution to resolve the issue. The grounds needed cleaned. The rooms were okay.

We really liked this property. It is close to the water, has a pool and hot tub, and looks beautiful from the outside. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and happy to answer all of our questions. Unfortunately, our suite got flooded during our stay, but the staff handled the situation and moved us to a different room. We appreciated their quick response and help during an unexpected situation.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with dust and spider webs in several areas. The pillows were dirty, and there was no linen provided for the pull-out sofa.
The hot tub was also disappointing. It was more like a small pool and did not feel like a traditional hot tub.
In our second room, the AC was extremely noisy, so we had to turn it off.
Unfortunately, our original room also flooded. I understand that heavy rain and weather can happen, but we were told this side of the resort has flooded repeatedly during heavy rain for several years. If this is a known issue, it seems like something that should be addressed to prevent guests from having to deal with the same problem repeatedly.

Brief stay in paradise!
Pros:

Beautiful and convenient. The swimming pool was wonderful! We had a first floor room which turned out to be good. We were literally steps from the pool and our room had an entrance and exit door. The kitchenette came in so handy! We have already decided that we have to do this again next summer! Great overall experience!

Cons:

The nights we stayed there all the outside lights were off, no one at the front desk and we had to use the flashlight on our phones to get to our car for a night drive around the island.
