AC was broken. We got to the property late after traveling all day so didn’t contact maintenance until the next morning so the next guests would not be miserable like we were.

Great location but be mindful of the construction next door .. starts at 7am and it’s loud!
Pros:

This is my second time staying at the Sentral Alea, the last time was in 2024. Great location for the cruise terminal and Bayside.

Cons:

There is loads of construction going on around the apartments. Last time we stayed we were on the metromover side, this time we overlooked the construction and the noise is crazy!
Machines running, steel banging, wagons reversing all from 7am - not the best then you’ve travelled for over 12 hours and just want the opportunity for a relaxing lie in!
When we stayed at Fortune house in the finance district earlier this year, they emailed me to advise their was construction so at least we were aware.

The scenery was great from the pool rooftop other than that it’s a lot of construction going on around the building making it hard to get to

Cons:

The parking location was very hard to find to to a lot of the roads being blocked off due to the construction. The charged a 100$ deposit and said it would go back into my account once we checked out but I did not receive it.

Emplacement top, mais manque de propreté.
Pros:

Lit confortable, piscine avec belle vue.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer et le service de chambre également (pas d’explication sur le passage des femmes de ménages). En 4 jours personnes n’est passé.
