Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and wanted to correct the booking but didn’t have any larger rooms.

Cons:

Booked using Booking.com and it advertised a room that slept 5 but it only slept four. Booking should not advertise what isn’t accurate. My husband had to sleep on the floor! And under the bed hadn’t been cleaned.

The internet connection when you're trying to watch movies on prime Amazon or Netflix you have to turn the TV on and off or reset the TV at least four times for it to start.. a huge headache

I loved the customer service of the front desk receptionist Aiesha. She was very friendly and respectful.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I was charged extra fees on arrival outside of the incidental fee and now I have to file a claim to get my money back
