Awful service with no accountability, too far from train station. Nice rooms.
Pros:

Rooms were comfy and nice and this hotel looked pretty new except for a horrible service.

Cons:

They did not clean our room and our personal items were missing.
A brand new slipper with tag in a shopping bag was missing and they thought was a trash.
They did not accept it was stolen and wanted to compensate by searching the slippers instead of taking accountability. Touching personal belongings and saying it was a trash while the room was not even cleaned? shows how poor the customer service is.
There's no card system in the elevator so you can go to any floor and the elevator was broken every morning.

Très bonne literie, petits déjeuners complets, personnels agréables et compétents et possibilité de prendre une navette gratuite pour rejoindre la station de métro la plus proche
Le calme du site et le tarif pratiqué

Emplacement en zone industrielle, mais facile d’accès par les transports en commun (bus si hors horaires navette)

Okna byla dobře odhlučněna.
Postele, koupelna ok
Shuttle bus na metro - vstřícný krok vzhledem k umístění.
Snídaně - Oceňuji možnost udělat si čerstvou wafle. Obsluha se snažila. Úklid byl super. Časové rozmezí taky v pořádku. Vždy jsme odcházeli nasycení.

Umístění - v zapadlé čtvrti mezi sklady
Snídaně - Evropanovi prostě chybí čerstvé křupavé pečivo. Toustový chléb nebo trvanlivé pečivo ještě bez možnosti ho zapéct nebylo ono. Vajíčka taky divné. Žádná šunka a sýr. Nic jiného jsme ale v Americe neměli, tak jsme si zvykli. Dále nechápu jednorázové nádobí - talíře, misky, příbory, sklenice...

Comfortable for a short stay
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Nice to have a shuttle to the subway station.

Cons:

Location was a bit far from everything. Bathroom door creaked very loudly whick woke others in the room when going to the bathroom at night. Shower water not very warm. Breakfasts are very basic. No coffee in the bedrooms.

Pros:

Fräscht, sköna sängar och välkomnade personal. På förmiddagarna kör de gratis shuttlebussar till närmaste tunnelbanestation, men inte jättelångt att gå.

Cons:

Positivt med frukost men hade varit trevligt med åtminstone ett alternativt med frukt och grönt/utan socker
