Pros:

My stay at Siliguri Club Hotel was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. I expected much better facilities. Surprisingly, there wasn’t even a charging point near the bed, which is a basic convenience in most modern hotels.
The biggest disappointment was the food service. I ordered dinner before 8:00 PM, but it was never delivered. I called multiple times, but no one responded. In the end, I had to go to bed hungry. Such poor service is simply unacceptable.
The Wi-Fi was another major letdown. The connection was so weak that I couldn’t even stream a FIFA match without constant buffering. In today’s world, reliable internet is a basic expectation for any hotel.
Dear Manager, I sincerely suggest that you visit some modern hotels and see the level of service and amenities guests now expect. Your property has potential, but it needs significant upgrades in both facilities and customer service. Paying a premium price for such an experience felt like a complete waste of money.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests don’t have the same disappointing experience.

I had nothing to like I had chosen it for rstaurants,as one kid and two elders are with me,,washrooms were also not clean,resturant was closed,i have to order from zomato.it was written kid friendly food,what little food was available at breakfast time,that was also too spicy,and no option..

Cons:

Even after prior information that we would be arriving late, they did not bother to open the gate, while it kept raining outside and we kept knocking at the gate. The person who ultimately picked up the phone told us that our booking was cancelled! He opened the gates only after 15 mins but by then we had to make alternative emergency arrangements through make my trip and moved there. Location is also very bad. Way outside the town. Should be dropped from the list of booking. com
