La ubicacion es excelente.

Cons:

No habia blower en mi cuarto en todos los hoteles hay para secarse el cabello. Adicional el segundo dia se acabaron los cuchillos en el desayuno y cuando pedi un cuchillo la respuesa fue no han traido use una cuchara para untar el queso. No pude llegar a las 11:00 p.m. del 29 de abril, llegue el 30 de abril a las 11:00 a.m. llame para decir que el vuelo lo retrasaron 8 horas y me hicieron el cargo por No-show cosa que no me parece si yo avise tenia mi noche paga solo que llegue a la mañana siguiente.

Cons:

En el cuarto no había blower, en el desayuno se acabaron los cuchillos el primer día y los siguientes 3 días me dijeron no ha traído cuchillos use cuchara para ponerle el queso al pan. Llame para decir que en lugar de llega a las 11:00 pm llegaría 11:00 am del día siguiente y me hicieron un cargo adicional que nunca entendí por que?

It was good, but could have been better with a more clean hotel room.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

I feel the sheets could have been cleaner, as well as the shower. I had to spray everything down to feel comfortable as it did not look very clean.

The cleaning was very disappointing.
Pros:

The location is great, and the room is comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned for our arrival. The bed was made, but the sheets had been used. There was hair on the sheets and on the bath towels. The shower had stains, and the carpet was dirty, I’m not sure if it was even vacuumed. We have a baby who crawls, and this was very disappointing. They didn’t have another room like ours available, so we had to ask for clean sheets and make our own bed. The manager told us he would give us 10 points on our membership, but I haven’t seen them.
