The location was absolutely amazing. Literally a two minute walk from the beach. the room was pretty clean aside from the floor feeling a bit dirty, the bed was comfortable and the AC unit was loud at times but worked well. The mini fridge was small but did the job. Pretty much what I expected for the price.

Cons:

The only lighting in the room is the lamps, no overhead light in the main room. On one of the days we stayed we got locked out of our room and no one was at the front desk for over three hours even though they were supposed to be there from 7am-11pm. Left our room at 9, immediately realized we forgot the key, nobody at the front desk to let us in, came back an hour later with still no one there. We were able to talk to one of the cleaning lady's who said she wasn't able to let us in and they were trying to figure out who was coming in. I obviously understand that sometimes schedules get mixed up but I feel like they should have gotten someone there sooner. Overall an okay stay, good place if you want to spend most of your time on the beach and just need air conditioning and a bed. You get what you pay for

Picture didn’t match the actual hotel. The picture makes you believe that it’s the big nice hotel across the street. Thecheck in time said by 11:30 pm but front desk said if you get here after 11 I don’t know what to tell you but you won’t get checked in. Got a refund and started at another hotel.

It's next to the strip, you hear everything, website said beachfront property and it was across the street. They charge you a 100 bucks for security deposite and tell you they give it back to you and yet to get it. Would never stay there again.

My name is Melissa Williams and I am reaching out regarding my recent stay at your hotel 9/3-9/6. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly below the standard I expected.

During my stay, I experienced a roach, bugs, and excessive ants, seemingly a blood spot on my pillow, pulled the sheet off bed and observed big spots on the mattress, no internet the first night, tenants knocking on my door and window of my room 3x in one night starting at 1:00am-1:14am expressing that they were locked out their room, and a loud air conditioner. When the bug situation was brought to the front desk attention on 9/5, I was told someone would come with bug spray and it never happened. I had to go to the store to purchase bug spray. I brought these concerns to the hotel and I was given your email to contact you.

Because these issues substantially affected my stay, I am requesting a full refund as a fair resolution. I would appreciate it if management could review my concerns and let me know how you can make this right.

The rooms were nice, clean, and modern.

Cons:

The girl at the front desk was not very friendly at first, but she warned up. Iwas charged twice for some reason, but they did resolve it after I left. The bed was a little too low to the ground. The pool was not as clean as it should be. There was a clump of hair attached to the steps in the deep end and a lot of debris floating around.
