Great hotel. I will be back.
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the room was perfect and the beds were so comfortable. The pool was nice, not too cold and my kids loved it. The breakfast was great. I will always choose this hotel as my go to.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I did not like.

Pros:

Simple, neat, and clean. With minimal fabric in the rooms, I didn't worry about potential bed bugs. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

When I tried calling to make a reservation the receptionist quoted me something different than I saw online. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited over 20 minutes. Eventually I hung up and made the reservation online.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location is good, just 20 mins into downtown Milwaukee. The bed was comfortable, pillows were okay.

Cons:

The noise was a lot! You hear the people walking above you, as well the freeway noises.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, even the kitchen staff. Our room and bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful experience.
