It was close to convention center

Cons:

If you want hot water for a shower, good luck. No hot water the first morning. They moved me. Got warm water in new room. The next two mornings I got cold showers. Breakfast was ok, not good or great

Clean and close to downtown.

Cons:

Breakfast is watered down gravy and watered down apple juice. You can tell they’re scrimping on quality to save a few pennies. Skip the breakfast get something good downtown gatlinburg.

Awesome place overall.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. The price was also great for one night with breakfast included.

Cons:

My kids complained about the sofa bed being entirely to hard as if you’re sleeping on the frame itself.

Pros:

Our room was clean, with ample space, beds were comfortable and clean, hotel was overall well maintained and close to the National Park (5 min drive). Free parking was appreciated.

Cons:

No ice box on floors, and breakfast was dismal. The automated coffee machine should be removed as it did not taste good. The breakfast options were bland.
