Great location, but no swimming pool

Pros:

The property is like an apartment to have a full equipment of houseware including kitchenware and microwave and fridge. The room is clean and tidy. The staff are helpfully nice to give us a welcome package with bottled water and fruits. The breakfast is OK to reach the average standard. Coffee and hot water are available 24 hours.

Cons:

The staff asked me to walk to the Metro Station because she did not know there is an F20 Bus to carry guests with heavy luggage to the Station. The breakfast space is a bit small in the early morning when all guests are eating. The price is higher than expected maybe due to the expensive DMV area.

All in all, had a great stay in Falls Church Va, the hotel was perfectly located near my workplace.
Pros:

How close stores, restaurants were to the hotel, everything was in walking distance, parking was a little tight, the hotel allowed us to park in any spot, because of all construction going on. Great spot I will be staying again soon.

Cons:

I wish the hotel had a pool. but short of that everything was awesome.

Excellent. The next time I am in NOVA, this will be the first hotel I look for.
Pros:

The staff here were exceptional. I appreciated how well they answered each of my questions. Both checking in and checking out were smooth. I arrived after midnight and left very early: both times, the night shift clerk handled the process efficiently. The room rate and incidental charge were both reasonable. The rooms were clean and furnished with everything needed. I appreciated the convenience of the laundry services. Gym equipment was in great condition, with a good combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, and treadmills/bikes/elliptical. Breakfast was included and delicious.

Cons:

Laundry supplies available on property for purchase might be useful, but it seemed like most people either brought or could buy nearby. This wasn't a big problem.

Clean, secure, comfortable
Pros:

Very clean and secure, staff was friendly.

Cons:

Part of why I chose this was proximity to the metro, but there is construction making the walk to the metro SIGNIFICANTLY longer.

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

I couldnt find the location easily. Perhaps because of construction going on around the location. I had to go around the block a couple of times to figure out the entrance to the building. And also there wasnt enough to park the car temporarily to go to the reception and check in.

There could be better directions given to the guests ahead of time to avoid this confusion. The from entrance can also be made more visible with some sign boards which wil make it easier to identify the place.

Great location - clean and comfortable.
Pros:

It was exactly what I expected. Property is very new

Cons:

It was hard to find the parking and main entrance. Seems like they are trying g to balance fitting in within a newer mix residential project but the lack of any indication where the entrance and parking in located made it a bit stressful.
