Pros:

It was a pleasant stay for the families. Location is really good and was easy to find. Triambkeshwar is just 35-40 mins away. Room size and facilities were good with super supportive and helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think off. All 5 stars(*****) for the money paid for the rooms.

Good but dirty bathroom.
Pros:

Booked a room for a night, the bed was comfortable, decent view and ambience. Had basic toiletries. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The room had a lock issue, we could not lock the door from inside which is a safety concern. Bathroom was not clean, toilet was disgusting, buckets and mugs were not cleaned for ages. Room had broken furniture. The Tv set top box was not working but staff helped changed the box which did take a lot of time, remotes were not working.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. It was bit late to start on the particular day. But it was delicious.

Cons:

The building desperately needs a lift. We had to carry our bags through a flight of stairs and a long distance at that because our room was the opposite end of the row of the rooms.
