I loved the room and the restaurant choices that were very close by. Also it had a great location.

Cons:

The breakfast food was just ok. They had grits one day that were good, but the other days it was oatmeal, and grits were not an option. I wish they cottage cheese as an option. Coffee was just ok as well.

Nice, clean, comfortable, Great for United Center,
Pros:

Sound proofed. For being near the hospitals, we didn’t hear traffic or sirens. Many food options available in the surrounding area. Great breakfast. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and friendly staff. With them, walking distance of the United Center, sidewalks all the way.

Cons:

We had a lot of people getting out of an elevator, and the elevator door closed on me and hurt my arm. The sensor should’ve known somebody was there and it failed. This was the left elevator if you’re facing the two options.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Ice water, hot water and coffee available. Felt very secure. The conditioner bottle was empty and replaced in minutes after being notified.
