Pros:

The pool was warm and clean

Cons:

Clean linen's I have pictures dirty towels,sheets and pillows. And we were charged for parking which is ridiculous.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. I wish I could remember her name, but the staff member was SOOO nice and very helpful with some recommendations. She was so happy and had a great attitude. We loved the easy and abundant parking.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The stay was perfect

Pros:

Breakfast was great, the room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Great place to spend my birthday night. Plus it was quite a few restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Really great experience.

Will Be Returning
Pros:

The hotel is near downtown. It is brand new. It is very nice. The breakfast was phenomenal. Hannah was a great help to us. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. It was very very clean. The Ubers poured right up. It is right next-door to several eateries and Iclose to the United Center.

Cons:

Everything was so great there was nothing wrong at the hotel

It served it’s purpose but was way too expensive.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. There was plenty of food.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking that was outrageous with all the taxes charged. The room was too expensive also.

My stay at this hotel was great and very convenient.
Pros:

What I liked about this location was that it was close to a lot of facilities. For example, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, King Smoothie, and much more! This hotel is also near the United Center. It is a very convenient hotel to book with.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel or its location.

Great location, awesome breakfast
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our view of the city and ease of getting in and out of the hotel (close proximity to metro line and highway). Additionally, the breakfast was superb and varied. Great amount of care was put into the two breakfasts we had.

In a nice area tucked away but still close to lots of things. Breakfast was good, interiors were attractive, rooms comfortable, staff very friendly/helpful., liked the benches out front and Sequrity features
