Great Stay
Pros:

The hotel was great. Friendly staff, a gym and indoor pool, and an awesome free breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The location was a little rough and I wouldn't plan to walk around at night. If going out after hours I would plan to get a rideshare and go as a group.

Perfect Location, Amazing Staff and Breakfast!
Pros:

We stayed here for my babygirl’s 7th birthday, and the experience was more than I imagined! The staff was AMAZING!!!

The pool is heated to the point where it almost felt like a jacuzzi, which made it so comfortable. And the breakfast? OMG! Red velvet chocolate chip waffles!!! They also have a coffee and hot chocolate bar available throughout the day, along with plenty of other options.

Honestly, everything about our stay exceeded my expectations!

A special thank you to Robin, Ashley, Rana, and Mike for making my daughter’s birthday unforgettable! I had to make sure I got everyone’s names because every single one of them was so pleasant. It’s honestly rare to find a place where the entire staff gives the same level of kindness and great service.

Thank you all so much for making our stay so special! 10/10, highly recommend!!! 💕

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a few unique requests and they accommodated all of my needs without any fuss or without making me feel like I was being inconvenient. The room was clean and large and the parking was sufficient and safe/guarded. I appreciated the guards since the parking cost money.

Great Chicago Stay
Pros:

It was in the perfect location around plenty of restaurants and not to mention how safe and secure you feel. The front desk staff were very nice, and housekeepers were exceptional ( the rooms were very clean. I own a cleaning company and can say that I approve of this hotel cleanliness). When we asked any of the staff for anything, they gladly helped or provided items needed with a good attitude.
