Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Generally described as very clean and well maintained across many reviews, but several reports of dirty showers, mold/grease around caulking, dirty floors and at least one missed housekeeping/hot-water incident lowered the score.
Service
9.5
Staff is frequently praised as helpful, friendly and professional (front desk, breakfast staff and specific mentions like Debbie). A few service failures noted (missing shuttle driver, inconsistent reception behavior) produce a mixed-but-strong overall service rating.
Location
9.8
Multiple mentions that the hotel is conveniently close to the airport and nearby fast-food/restaurants; location seen as a clear positive.
Room Quality
9.6
Rooms are frequently described as new, thoughtfully designed and comfortable (comfy beds, good layout). A few cleanliness-related room issues (shower floor, no in-room coffee) slightly reduce the score.
Amenities
9.6
Breakfast and general facilities are praised repeatedly; airport shuttle is available but had isolated problems (slow pickup, missing driver) noted in a small number of reviews.
Value for Money
9.5
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast repeatedly called great, delicious and well run by friendly staff; F&B is a consistent positive in reviews.
Overall Experience
9.6
Many guests call this one of their best stays, praising the new facility, staff and breakfast; isolated negative incidents (cleaning, shuttle, reception) temper an otherwise excellent overall experience.

Pros:

I needed the airport shuttle twice during this stay. The first time it took forever. The second time THE DRIVER COULDN'T BE FOUND even though I had reminded them twice. This is really unsatisfactory, especially since I'm an IHG Rewards member.

Room was clean. Bed comfy. Great amenities. Hot water for showers. No coffee in room. Had to go downstairs to lobby. Airport shuttle very timely when requested. Checkin staff very helpful and personable. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

This was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was new only 2 months old but the thought put into the room design and what people really need in a hotel room was outstanding. From the layout to the special needs designed for people that needed two separate spaces in the morning in a single room, to the front desk. This was a great hotel and I highly recommend you stay there.

Pros:

Staff excellent. The darkening shade much appreciated. The shower floor was not clean and some mold around the caulking. I think having a hose in the shower would make it easier to clean thoroughly for cleaning staff

Pros:

Top notch staff! The gentleman during the day at the front desk, Debbie at the front desk at night, and the outstanding breakfast cook and host (I did not catch her name, but she has a beautiful singing voice), all provided excellent service! In addition, the entire facility is maintained meticulously and with noticeable great care! We will tell all of our friends and will certainly stay there again! Thank you

Pros:

The shower walls were covered in grease/oil and grime, which I had to clean off myself when I took a shower. Look like a construction worker had been staying there previously. The floors were also dirty, and my feet ended up black after walking on the tiles. It made me realize how unclean the place was.
