Pros:

Centrally located and impeccably clean! Loved this hotel and was very positively surprised. A shoutout to Sheryl she was fantastic and pointed us to activities nearby that was suitable for our teen kids. Thank you for everything we sure hope to come visit again

Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep
Pros:

This hotel is pretty and well-located.

Cons:

Too noisy! Thin walls between rooms and balconies make for noise well into sleeping time. Avoid if looking for a good night’s rest.

Also, double room is misleading— not two beds but one bed and a fold out. And breakfast was mediocre.

Best place to stay! We will be back
Pros:

The location is fantastic. It is a few steps away from shops and restaurants and is centrally located downtown. It is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bar is lively and there is a patio with live music when we were there.

Beautiful place but buckle tight

Location. The room.

Cons:

For the luxury price charged, there was no fitness center or business center. The staff that was there were kind and friendly (except one). It felt shot staffed and cramped.

If location is what you want in Blowing Rock, The Embers Hotel is one you should check out!
Pros:

The location was perfect for walking into town. Fairly new hotel so everything was clean and taken care of. They provide housekeeping everyday which he unheard of these days for hotels. Bar area was nice and outside bar area on balcony was enjoyable to sit during the evening listening to live music. The lady who managed the food & beverage was awesome and helping out everywhere around the hotel.

Cons:

service at bar area inside was really slow when crowded and took a while to get drinks and to cash out. The restaurant was disappointing once we arrived at the hotel. From the website it looks very elegant and nice but it's just an extension of the bar area and is really noisy during dinner. We had a reservation there but decided to cancel and get at another location in town that was quieter and more had a better atmosphere.

Location and amenities. Thomas was the best, from check in to check out! Left a valuable in my room, Thomas went above and beyond getting mailed back to me.

Pros:

Terry à l’accueil est FANTASTIQUE ! Gentil, serviable, à l’écoute, juste parfait ! L’emplacement, le balcon et ses rocking-chairs, la simplicité du petit-déjeuner. Le restaurant est très bon.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant. Les clients partent tôt et on les entend un peu trop bien !

Perfect!
Pros:

All amenities were upscale. The staff were super, friendly and efficient. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance the food at the onsite restaurant was excellent! I will definitely return!

I would like to have had the time to stay longer.
