O quarto muito confortável, mesmo em um frio de 8 graus o quarto continuava com a temperatura muito confortável mesmo com as janelas abertas.

Cons:

O frigobar do meu quarto não estava gelando , fui com amigos então deixei minhas coisas no quarto deles.

Hotel bom mas a comunição interna e agilidade da equipe tem que melhorar.

O hotel é muito bom, com cama confortável e excelente café da manhã. Localização muito boa.

Cons:

Tivemos alguns problemas com o atendimento. O quarto não estava liberado às 14h, e a tentativa de troca foi demorada e confusa. Ao retornarmos ao hotel, fomos informados de que a hospedagem não estava paga, embora já tivéssemos realizado o pagamento pelo Booking. O erro ocorreu devido à troca de quarto. Também solicitamos um cobertor por volta das 22h, que demorou bastante para ser entregue. Apesar desses contratempos, gostamos muito da estrutura e do conforto do hotel. A comunicação e a agilidade da equipe poderiam melhorar.
