Super unique place to stay
Pros:

Super clean and nice place.

Cons:

When we were leaving in the morning, we had to literally step over a homeless man sleeping in the doorway.

This is not the place for you If you’re looking for a standard booking.
Pros:

The room was excellent. Very clean well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There are no usb ports so make sure you bring a charging brick.

Cons:

The area is completely under construction. It’s difficult at best to get there. The “Neighborhood” is less than desirable. When we arrived back from our event the sidewalk and entrance to the building was completely covered with locals who were quite obnoxious. Loud music and street noise well into the late night. The daytime view greatly differs from what you see at night.

Noisy, but great location and atmosphere
Pros:

Cons:

I was not warned that the bowling alley was above. The noise was extraordinary and ruined everything. If not for that, I would give a much higher rating. I'm annoyed I wasn't warned. I never would have booked the room/apartment

Downtown Vintage Vibey Stay with all the sparkling clean luxuries you need
Pros:

We loved the location, the room itself was comfy and cozy and the building was gorgeous. It felt like home.

Cons:

We didn't like leaving. We could have lived there.

Adorable place in a cute neighborhood
Pros:

Clean, comfortable space. It was an adorable room with lots of space and modern conveniences.

Cons:

Be forewarned that there is duckpin bowling on the floor above, so you may hear that. I was there during the week so that ended fairly early, but I believe it is until midnight on weekends. It isn't obnoxious, just saying that is there.

Awesome!!!
Pros:

This is an amazing place to stay. You have to know the bowling alley is above you but it was not too loud for us and we loved the safety of the elevator to the floor being locked. We visit Indy often and this will be the place we will stay again.

Everything and everybody was/were great! If you like funky with lots of fun places to visit this is for you!
Pros:

The location was great! There were lots of towels and coffee goodies! The beds were comfortable and with some earplugs and a sleep mask I slept like a baby.

Cons:

The common areas could use a little attention (sick dead plants and the hall way and elevator didn't feel clean).

Pros:

The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. They contain a small kitchenette, seating area and spacious bathroom. The building is old with creaky elevators with lots of nostalgic features and decorations. On a Tuesday night it was very quiet. We choose the hotel for it's location near the Hi Fi where we were in town for a show. The Hi Fi and other restaurants are easy walking distance. This trip we even took in the Duck Pin bowling on the 4th floor!

Excellent! Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, the spa tub was wonderful! Will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The property was very clean and well maintained! I loved the antique/historic vibe! There was lots to do around the property to keep entertained! Loved everything about it.

Cons:

Hard to find parking but that could be due to the construction that was going on around the property.
