Pros:

Well maintained property. Excellent service. The GM of this property went out of his way to make sure each guest was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and very hospitable.

Die Zimmer, zumindest meines haben zum Eingang hin eine Recht geräumige Wohnküche.

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst bietet keinen Fahrservice an, es vermittelt jedoch. - ein Uber kann man ja selbst buchen. Im Hotel besteht nicht die Möglichkeit Geld zu wechseln. Hierfür muss man erst ein ganzen Stück laufen. Wie in Indien üblich, akzeptieren manche ATM trotz Visazeichen keine Visakarte.

Fabulous stay in Surat.
Pros:

The hotel is fabulous, the food is great although limited as vegetarian only and no eggs. The rooms are wonderful.

Cons:

My only complaint would be that the reception staff aren't great in English. You would think that in a clearly 5 star hotel in a bit city with plenty of international trade that the staff would communicate in English. But this is a minor issue.

Think twice.
Pros:

Cleanliness.

Cons:

Reception was a make shift arrangement.
We were not recieved with enthusiasm on arrival.
Inside area is very hot as roof top is exposed to sun.
Pool being on east side is directly exposed to Sun from morning till 3 pm.
Buffet in the restaurant was arranged on two sides of the sitting area, for taking one single item you have to cross all the other guests sitting in between which at times becomes awkward.
No non veg.
Majority of the general viewed Channels on TV were not available.
