Stairs. But ya know
I liked that it was not a chain.
I didn't like contactless check in. The broken gates. The door was open when I got there UNLOCKED. There was only one lock. No bar to prevent people from coming in. Felt unsafe. Their were holes in the sheets. And SMOKING in the courtyard for the bar. Personally I wish I'd paid for a crappy Beat Western instead. This place is good for single males. Or couples who just want to stay in that area.
Really nothing
There was no checkin I had to ask a bartender. Then the air was not working and it was loud. I reached to the property via phone and text no respond. There was no one there at the property. I left and cancel. I had to spend money at another property. Waste of money. This was not fair at all.
The room is very attractive and comfortable. The location was just a couple minutes walk from the 5 Spot where we enjoyed fabulous live music (Guthrie Trapp).
The managers of Reunion practice false advertising regarding free parking. Despite emphasizing free parking on booking.com, they charge $29.30 ($25 + tax and fees). These fees are not disclosed until one clicks on a link in a check-in text sent on the day of arrival.
All communication with Reunion is via text, and they ghosted me when I asked direct questions about the discrepancy of having to pay a parking fee when they state it is free.
The room itself, and the location, were very nice. I recommend the room, but I find the false advertising and lack of communication unacceptable.
The room was very nice and spacious.
The on site support and communication was absent the entire time I was there. I reached out multiple times about a missing amenity from my room and never heard a response.
The room was also very loud with music going on outside until 4am on the weekend.
Great location in East Nashville. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and brewpubs.
It is close enough to the on-property bar that you can hear the music, but it wasn’t too loud.
Its a boutique hotel above a bar. Surprisingly we didn't hear any noise from the Bar. The room is big and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were also very big. They provided very nice bath products. The robes and towels were also very good. Location was a 5 minute Uber to Broadway but there was a lot of nice restaurants very close to the hotel. Being a Boutique hotel, it doesn't have the amenities that a full scale hotel has. The bar staff is also the hotel staff but they were extremely friendly and helpful.
There's no bellman to help with luggage. Older couples or travelers needing someone to take their bags to their room will be disappointed. The room needed a long dresser to put stuff on. I like to put my clothes in a dresser but my family likes to live out of their suitcase. There wasn't a closet to hang clothes.
The room was big and nice view.
The tv didn't work at all. the door was hard to open bc it was stuck. I had to use my shoulder to get in. Furniture was outdated and parking pass was hard to find. Parking was horrible. I saw no staff, didn't know where to check in. When i tried to call, there was no answer when i called or returned text.
LOVED the location.
Room was cute, shower was great, bed was comfortable.
Parking was confusing at first, we had to ask the bartender to help us figure it out.
I wish there would have been hangers in the room, and the lighting in the bathroom was hard to get ready (makeup)
The bed was comfortable.
The shower leaked out on the floor very easily. The noise from the bar was really not an issue, but the noise from the adjoining room was ridiculous, you could hear their conversations.
When we messaged the property the day before, we never got any response and they didn't pick up their phone.
The door to our room locked but no other door onto the property were locked. One door was propped open. This is definitely a safety concern.
It was in a good location. The 3 parking spots are located behind the building.
It was very very cold. When we got in we followed the instructions to turn on the heat but it never came on. We thought maybe it needed to work on warming coils so we left it on on 80 degrees while we went to a concert and when we returned it was still about 56 degrees in the room. If you have mixed company and don't want to shower with them do not book the Deluxe King because the shower is in the room with a mirror conveniently place reflecting the shower for the room to see. Its purfect for a couple who needs two king size beds. We only stayed one night so we opted to not take showers until we returned home. They give a code for the key pad to enter the outside door into access the room doors and the code uses the only number on the pad that is missing. I guess its good that the door doesn't lock, lol. With the lack of parking behind the building, we lost our parking spot after paying and parking for about 6.5 hours and the other lot that accepts their parking pass it a lil bit of a walk away. Unfortunately my back was hurting and we had to pay again at the lot directly beside the hotel so
I know the parking is all my fault for having bulging disc's and standing for 5 hours and we should have not gone to get food after the concert at 11pm so we wouldn't lose the parking spot and booking the room was again my fault for only looking at all the pictures and not realizing the room I booked was a communal room for everyone to share. We will probably not stay here again, atleast not in cold weather and not in the deluxe king room.
