Completely Disappointing!!
Pros:

Food at their restaurant - I wouldn’t say great but it was decent. Perhaps the only silver line in our 2-day stay.

Cons:

The hotel staff’s lack of courteousness.

The hotel as per their policy (if front desk is to be believed) did not have meal options other than breakfast, but they had arranged buffet for another group of around 40-50 ppl. So on our check in they offered us the buffet for Rs. 600/person. Clearly not worth looking at the quality and variety of the menu. Next day the group checked out so they withdrew the meal options. Again hotel’s discretion, perfectly fine. But they didn’t bother to inform us well in advance about such arrangement.

Frequent power cuts - spoiled our entire in-room experience. When confronted, the front desk sounded careless, calling these cuts as routine maintenance by the electricity body there. If such was the case, it’s misleading for visitors at the time of booking their reservations. Everything was working fine the previous day when the hotel was sufficiently occupied. Booking.com, hope you are taking note.

Honest suggestion to those hoping to live the experience - I can’t comment on other options for a satisfying stay, but surely Regenta Place Igatpuri should just not be on your list - unless the stay doesn’t matter. For us it did, especially after a long Kalyan-Bhiwandi road ordeal. That’s another topic in itself.

Good location for weekend outing
Pros:

Friendly staff, cleanliness,facilities ,gaming zone

Cons:

If swimming pool would be temperature controlled

the staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Needs cleaning, hygiene needs improvement. There were cockroaches roaming in the restaurant. Our balcony door in the jacuzzi was broken. The roof over the jacuzzi was broken.

Pros:

Located close to the highway, food was very good

Cons:

Lots of external sounds, loud music playing at a nearby villa, no drinking water kept in rooms, rooms are average peeling of walls. Also approach road doesn’t exist it’s just mud road.
