Lunatic manager likes to send housekeeping into your room while you are sleeping and screams at you.
Pros:

That there was a bed to sleep in.

Cons:

The manager is a lunatic. Housekeeping entered our room at 6:30am and woke us up. When confronted the manager asked if we had our “do not disturb” sign up. Of course we didn’t. It was 6:30 in the morning. He said housekeeping was checking “to see if we were in there.” So creepy. My kids were in that room. When I questioned the manager on this practice he screamed and pointed in my face saying over and over again “you’re done.” So if you like being threatened and having people come into your room while you sleep then staying here might me your needs. Definitely not for us. We will most likely never stay in a Hilton again after this incident.

All our other Hilton Garden Inns had the price all inclusive. Everything at this one was extra costs ... ie. breakfast, parking in a normal lot, etc. The hotel was nice and a bit pricey so we expected an "all inclusive" price. We won't be staying here again. There was a Hampton Inn and Suites fairly close which we will use next time. (I know they are all under the Hilton umbrella)
