Don't want to go back again
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The attitude of the employees. They are encouraging people to cancel bookings from travel companies showing lesser pricing than the booked one with travel company and later once we cancel they are creating confusion with higher pricing.

Have to have serious urge to excel in hospitality which was absent
Pros:

Nothing to like

Cons:

The front office staff's inefficiency. Their personal affairs with Manager in public. Bad planning. Had few families waiting to be checked in at 4pm.
